Obituary: Clarence E. Frazier, age 84, of Oak Grove was born May 20, 1931 and got his wings to fly away from his earthly home to be with his Lord on 4, 2015. He had suffered several months with his battle with lung cancer and congestive heart failure and now his battle is won. He was saved as a young boy and attended Old Deroche Baptist Church in Bismarck, AR. He loved to play pool, shuffleboard, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family. He was a long standing member of the Malvern Moose Lodge. Clarence is preceded in death by his parents, John L. Frazier and Effie Mae (Burks) Frazier; several siblings, Dovia, Earl, and Bill Frazier who died early in life; his brother, J.T. Frazier; sister, Anna Mae Irwin; first wife, Effie (Bee) Frazier; step-son, Mark Anderson; and a great- grandson, Keith Green. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 22 years, Margaret (Weems) Frazier of Oak Grove; son, Roger Frazier (Betty) of Midway; two daughters, Patricia (Frazier) Breshears of Oak Grove, and Brenda (Frazier) Driskill (John) of Hot Springs, AR; one brother, Delmer Frazier of Oak Grove; two sisters, Della Willbanks of Ontario, CA, and Zelma Brown of Malvern; brother and sister-in law, and Jerry Withers of Jackson, MS; sister-in-law, Elaine Franks of Bismarck, AR; 7 grandkids; 13 great-grandkids; and 1 great-great-granddaughter. He also leaves behind several special nieces and nephews whom he loved very much, as well as a lot of special childhood friends and other friends. Visitation will be held on , 5, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Atkinson Chapel. Services will be held on , 6, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Atkinson Chapel with Bro. Jerry George of Donaldson officiating. His son, Roger Frazier will sing for his Pop one last time. Burial will follow at Old Deroche in Bismarck, AR. Pallbearers will be his son, Roger Frazier; grandsons, Jason Frazier, John Driskill III, and Brent Driskill; great-grandson, Christopher Norwood; son-in-law, John Driskill; and two nephews, Michael and Nick Frazier. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Ray Bollen, Dr. Tim Webb, Johnny Montgomery, and Delmer Frazier. Many thanks to his doctor, Dr. Ray Bollen, and special thanks to Dr. Tim Webb (cancer doctor) for having such patience with us. We appreciate both of you. Obituary: Jeff Frazier passed away unexpectedly on , 17th, 2016, just two days before his 55th birthday. He was born on 19th, 1961 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a loving father and grandfather. His 16-month-old granddaughter, Nora, was the highlight of his life. Jeff was a friend to many and would never hesitate to give you the shirt off his back and expect nothing in return. He always greeted people with a smile, a hug, and was often known to tell a dirty joke or two. He loved movies; he was always at the latest movie opening. He ran the Cinema UA150 and numerous other movie theaters and often spoke of the great times and friends made. He was a diehard conservative and always loved talking politics with anyone who would listen. The most important things to Jeff were family, loyalty, Christmas, and a good joke. There are not enough words to describe how much his friends and family will miss him, as he was taken way too soon. He is survived by his daughter, Lainey Kelley, son-in-law Nathan, and his granddaughter, who he babysat two days a week, Nora Laine, his brother Warren “Bubba” Frazier, sister-in-law Trica, and nieces Jessica and Jennifer, his best friend Chuck Fleming, along with many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Frazier, and mother, Sandra Williams. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Muscular Dystrophy Association (www.mda.org) and do not vote for Hillary. A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held from 10:00am until 12:30pm, on , 24th, at the Riverdale VIP Cinema, 2600, Cantrell Road, Little Rock, Arkansas. Obituary: Norma Oma Frazer, age 87, died on 27, 2017 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was born 14, 1929 in Burdette, Arkansas to the late Razzie and Ida May Chafin. She was predeceased by siblings Woodrow, Betty, Eva, and Gerald, her husband O.B., and her daughter Lynn Hough (Frazer). Survivors include grandchildren Chris (Tiffany) Hough, Nathan (Crystal) Hough; great-grandchildren Connor, Margaret, and Molly Hough; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and in-laws. Norma was a life-long Southern Baptist who believed strongly in family and tradition. As a young woman, she worked as a telephone switchboard operator, and she retired as a secretary from Agrico Chemical . She was an avid reader of mysteries, histories, and newspapers and supported or volunteered for the public libraries everywhere she lived – Blytheville, Heber Springs, Magnolia, and Hot Springs. She was a staunch Democrat who stressed the importance of voting to her family and friends. She will be lovingly missed by her friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren with whom she lived during the final years of her life. A memorial service will be held at Christ Anglican Church (Hot Springs, AR) on , 1, at 6pm with the Rev. Marcus Emmons officiating. Burial will be held at the Frazer in Hermandale, MO, on , 3rd at 10 a.m. under the direction of Cobb , Blytheville, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Garland Library or The Caring Place of Hot Springs. |
