Obituary: 14, 2015, 81 years of age. Jean was born Margaret Jean Ellis in Eufaula, Alabama to William Van Ellis and Margaret Mae Gibbons Ellis on 18, 1933. Two brothers, William Van Ellis II, James Edward Ellis, and several other family members, have preceded her in death. Jean graduated from Cochran High School, Cochran, Georgia in 1952. She grew up in and was an active member of The First United Methodist Church, Cochran, Georgia, where she married James Sanford Rosser of Miami, Florida in 1952. She remained married to him until 1974. Of that marriage, Jean bore three children, all surviving: James William (Laurel) Rosser of Acworth, Georgia; Robert Ellis Rosser of Miami, Florida; Carolyn Rosser (Walter) Dunklin of Granger, Indiana. In 1979 Jean married Manuel F. DePena in Miami, Florida, remaining married to him until his passing in 2007. Jean was step-mother to his two children, both surviving: Roger DePena of Miami, Florida; Vilma (Robert) DePena Waikay, of Miami, Florida. Jean is also survived by four grandchildren; Katie, Van, Sarah, and Carolina, and one great-grandson, Nathan. At the time of her passing, Jean was eagerly awaiting the birth of her second great-grandson, Benjamin, in May. Jean spent most of her adult life as a homemaker. She worked part-time as a model with a clothier in Miami, Florida and later earned her Florida Real Estate Salesperson license. She was employed by The Lennar Corporation before accepting a position with Miami-Dade Community working with veterans in the Upward Bound program. Jean had a unique sense of humor, a constant smile, and a gentle spirit that will be missed. Even after a severe decline in her health, Jean could always manage a warm greeting for her caregivers and family members. She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. During her lifetime she endured events which strengthened her character and reinforced her faith. As a young wife and mother, Jean learned how to waterski and became a very accomplished athlete. Although pale pink was her favorite color, Jean always wore red lipstick and never left home without being impeccably dressed and groomed. She was an animal lover and rescued many strays. Per her request, no services will be conducted in Indiana. A private graveside service, officiated by a representative from The First United Methodist Church of Cochran, Georgia, will occur at Cedar Hill in Cochran, Georgia where she will be laid to rest beside her parents and her brother, James. On , May 4, 2015 at 8:30 a.m., a Roman Catholic Mass will be said in her honor at St. Louis Catholic Church, Pinecrest, Florida, of which she was a member until the time of her passing. In lieu of flowers, Jean has requested donations be made to Fisher House Foundation, providing housing and transportation services to assist the families of wounded American service members. Obituary: Our Beloved Mother Catherine Kay DePaul age 85 passed away peacefully 13 surrounded by her family. Kay was born 1, 1930 in Utica New York. She was the daughter of Joseph and Lena Pandolfo . Kay moved to Florida in the early 60s. She was a resident of Margate. Kay retired from Coral Springs Medical in 1996. She then volunteered at the First Christian Church of Margate. This was her true passion. She loved serving her lord. Catherine is survived by her loving children and their spouses. Sharon and Joseph Rebuck, Roxanne and Philip Galindo and Anthony and Lori DePaul. Her loving Grand children \Danielle, Joey, Justin, Hannah, and Paul\.and her loving Great Grandchildren Brock, Brody, and Calib. Catherine also leaves behind her church family whom she loved very much. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Margate for the past 35 years. She will be greatly missed by all that were blessed enough to have known her. Services will be held on her favorite day of the week\ 19th at 1:30 PM at the First Christian Church of Margate located at 1107 NW 66 Ave. in Margate. Burial to take place at Forest Lawn in Pompano Beach. Mom loved nothing better than sharing a Supper with her family and friends. Obituary: In memory of Rocco (Rocky) Joseph DePatto 9, 1927 - 19, 2015 Rocco Joseph DePatto, 87, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away 19, 2015. He was born on 9, 1927 in Suffern, NY and moved to Florida in 1990. Rocky served in the Army in World War II, was a life member of the VFW Post 9610 in Lake Park, Florida and an active member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 2010 in Palm Beach Gardens. He loved his New York sports teams and enjoyed cheering on his grandchildren in all their events. Rocco is survived by his children, Louis (Jane) DePatto of Newport News, Virginia, Grace (Betty) Wyble of Jupiter, Florida and Tina (Joe) Galvin of Washingtonville, New York; grandchildren Garrett Wyble, Gina Wyble (predeceased), Michael DePatto, Meaghan Galvin, and Christina Galvin; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on 21 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Howard-Quattlebaum , Cremation and Event , 754 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL. Obituary: Bernedine “Dee” DePastino passed away on , 14, 2015 at Tidewell Hospice in Sarasota, FL. She was born in Philadelphia and has resided in Sarasota since 1975. Dee was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and a faithful servant to God. She was active in the life of her family and enjoyed cooking, crafts and baseball. She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Richard DePastino, her sons Rich DePastino and wife Tanya of Sharpsburg, GA and Joe DePastino and wife Amy of Sarasota, FL; her brothers Don DiAntonio of Tennessee, Tom DiAntonio of Pennsylvania and Bernard DeAntonio of Pennsylvania and many nieces and nephews. Dee was also a loving grandmother to five grandchildren, Anna, Shea, and Ben of Sharpsburg, GA and Rocco and Gia of Sarasota, FL.
