Obituary: Denver Troy Hollabaugh Jr., 82, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family, and went to be with the Lord on 30, 2015. Denver is survived by his wife Sylvia of 60 years, son Paul and wife Debbi Hollabaugh, daughter Hollabaugh, granddaughter Elizabeth and husband Jeremy Wasson, grandson Ben and wife Samantha Hollabaugh, step grandchildren David and wife Heather Koenig, Joshua and wife Heather Koenig, Rachel and husband Austin Crownover, and seven step great grandchildren. Denver was born 17, 1933 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Denver and Rena (Branscum) Hollabaugh. He graduated from Baton Rouge High School in 1951 and from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1955. Denver and Sylvia were married 1, 1955. Denver entered the United States Air Force in 1956 and enjoyed his days as a pilot and serving our country until 1960. Denver enjoyed a successful career as a pharmaceutical representative with Roerig (a division of Pfizer) from 1960 until 1967. Denver was very independent and always wanted to own his own business. In , 1967, Denver bought his first Burger King restaurant in Arlington, TX. He would go on to open up more than 25 various restaurants over the years. Denver was one of the longest, if not the longest, tenured franchisee of Burger Kings in the entire system, having continuously owned at least one Burger King since that first day in 1967. Denver was a long time member at First Baptist Orlando and before that at Fielder Road Baptist Church in Arlington, TX. Denver's Christian faith was of the utmost importance to him. Denver accepted Christ as his Savior and was baptized at age 12 during a revival in Baton Rouge. Denver would want you to know that no matter what has happened in your life up to today, God still has a plan for you! The Bible says in Romans 10:9 hat if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved! Obituary: Maria (Nani) DeNunzio peacefully passed away , 22nd 2017. She was born on 18, 1925 in Forno in the province of Massa Carrara, Italy. Maria lived in the United States since 1946 when she crossed the ocean aboard the great liner MS Vulcania. The focus of Marias life was her devotion to family who continue to be blessed by her Italian heritage, passion of dancing, music, and great cooking throughout her life. Her traditions will be carried on with pride as they are shared with future descendants to come. Maria was preceded in death by her mother Consiglia Logli, father Archimede Giuseppe Nani, husband Anthony DeNunzio, brother Roberto Nani, and brother Alessandro Nani. Maria is survived by her sister Anna Terreni, sister Valentina Cecconi, son Robert Gray, and daughter Anna Doerr. She was also survived by 5 loving grand children, 11 loving great grandchildren, and 2 loving great great grandchildren. Family will receive friends for a celebration of life memorial at Wylie-Baxley located at 1360 North Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, FL. 32953 on 29 at from 9:30-10:30 am with service to follow at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Maria's name to the Parkinsons Association (apdaparkinson.org) or the Alzheimers Association (ALZ.org) |
