Obituary: Ford Hughes Dato, 14, passed away May 15, 2017. Our little boy is an angel in heaven now. Ford was born 19, 2002 and was a happy, loving and caring boy with a big heart and was a friend to all. He loved spending time with his family and many friends; including his beagle Shiloh, his loving animals including rabbits and chickens. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his Boy Scout Troop 53. He rowed on the crew team for The Plant High Middle School team. He loved listening to classic rock and studying genealogy and history. He attended Coleman Middle School and was looking forward to attending Plant High in the fall where he was going to be playing the trumpet in the marching band. He is survived by his best friend and brother, J.D.; mom and dad, Pam and Joe; grandparents, “Mimi” (Louise Burnett) and “Papa” (Joe Dato) and “JuJu” (Judy Dato); many wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins and best buds, Kryder and Marshall. A memorial service will be held on , May 20, 2017 at 11 am at Palma Ceia United Methodist Church 3723 W Bay to Bay Blvd, Tampa, FL 33629. Obituary: George H. Datesman, 93, died 1, 2015. Born Quakertown, PA, 30, 1921. Survived by children, George, Jr. (Maryanne), Rimmon (Yoko), Alycia Pryor; four grandchildren, Michelle Gallo (Mark), Prudence McGovern (Joseph), Kenneth Datesman (Teresa), Lisa Lerner (Jonathan); 12 great-grandchildren, Mariah, Joseph, Courtney, Delaney, Trevor, Tara, Abbie, Emma McGovern; Christopher, Victoria, Michelangelo, Mark Jr. Gallo. Predeceased by wife, Dorothy and son, Martin Kenneth. Served in Army Air Corps in World War II. Moved to Lake Worth in 1948. Worked at Florida Public Utilities, and Mock Roos Associates before retiring. Founding member of Post 258 American Legion, Greenacres; member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Lake Worth; volunteered with Rovers 1-Palm Beach Citizen Observer Patrol. He will be missed by all who knew him as a kind, gentle man who wore his love of God on his shoulders every day. He held family, friends, and community as valued and loved.
