Obituary: Dr. Florence Edna (Ingersoll) Dilallo-Enoch (89) of Conroe, TX, went to be with the Lord 12th, 2017. She was surrounded by many family and friends at her granddaughters home in New Carlisle, IN. Born, 5, 1928 in Big Rapids, Michigan to the parents of Donald S. and Clara Barton Hull Ingersoll who preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 1 sister. Florence was married to Eugene Harris until 1949 and Michael Dilallo in 1957, who preceded her in death in 1982. She is survived by, and happily married to Rev. Victor Enoch in 2007. Leaving behind a long heritage of faith, Florence is survived by her 3 sons, Rev. Jerry W. Harris (Sue), Robert L. Dilallo (Debby), Frank C. Dilallo (Terrie). She has 23 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She is remembered with deep adoration for being full of love and joy. Her life-long prayer is for every one of her family to personally know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior and meet her in heaven eventually. As an avid learner, Florence attended nursing school with a major in math but was unable to complete her education at that time. Because of her love of math, her first eal job was at McDonnell Aircraft as a human-computer mathematician computing drag for the F4HE – fighter plane. She was incorporated into the Mercury and Gemini Space Program unbeknownst to her until lift-off when she realized the full nature of her project. Longing to complete her college education, she went back to college at the age of 50 and didn stop until she received her Doctorate of Psychology from Lael University, St. Louis, MO. This enabled her to teach Psychology at local universities. Her love for the Lord led her heart go give to many different ministries inside and outside the church. She was blessed with an opportunity to serve on a Work and Witness trip to Romania. She used her nursing and counseling skills at Lend-A-Hand ministry to the Appalachian Mountain remotely populated areas. Wherever she went she found areas to volunteer her services. Moving to r, Alaska in 1988, she began volunteering for Alaskas Public Department until 2007 when she moved to Georgetown TX to marry Vic. In , 2002, Florence received Alaskas Volunteer of the Year award for her hard work, compassion and dedication through this local agency. She also held many other roles inside the church. She was a proud Board Member and Treasurer in most of the local churches she attended. At the time of her transition she was a Board Member of the New Horizons Church of the Nazarene and supported the Nazarene Missions International Society. Memorial Donations can be made to either the Nazarene Missions International at: http://nmi.nazarene.org or through the New Horizons Church of the Nazarene in Conroe, Texas, or to Grace on Wings Air Ambulance Missionary Medical Flight Team in Indianapolis, Indiana at: https://www.graceonwings.org. who graciously transported her to Indiana for her final days to be surrounded by family. The funeral services will be held at Ferguson Church of the Nazarene, Ferguson, Missouri on , 16, 2017 with Rev. Jerry W Harris and Rev. Bob Seal presiding. Visitation will be from 10am – Noon. Service will be at Noon with interment at Calvary in Florissant, MO to follow. Kaniewski , New Carlisle, IN and Shepard Chapel, St. Louis, MO are handling arrangements. |

Obituary: Jacob Dikkeboom, Jr. was larger than life and always happy to help a friend in need until peacefully taken to eternal rest on 1, 2017. Immensely proud of and a hero to his children Stephanie Kush (husband David) and Stephen (wife Heather). Dotting Opa to and loved beyond measure by his grandchildren Cody, Carter, Cameron, Addison, Christian, and William. Born 6, 1943 in Haarlemmermeer, Netherlands. Jacob immigrated to Chicago (Beverly), Illinois in 1951 with his family. He graduated from Chicago Vocational High School with a specialization in welding, spent too much time at the local stable with horses, raced cars at Santa Fe Speedway and Raceway Park, and reminisced about collecting discarded Christmas Trees to burn in massive bon fires in the area that would later become I57. He lived in Blue Island and Midlothian, Illinois before retiring to New Braunfels, Texas in 2009. He is preceded in death and welcomed into eternal peace by the love of his life Maria Eva Dikkeboom (Heinrich) exactly two years after her own peaceful passing; his parents Jacob and Diwerke (Kerzaan); his siblings John, Harm, Mary (Sternberg), and Vera (Perillo); his brother-in-laws Hank Sternberg and Bob Perillo; his nephew Jack Dikkeboom. A Bridge Specialist in the United States Army who went to work as a welder with Chicago Bridge and Iron, and ultimately became a highly sought after Quality Assurance and Installation Manager in the bakery installation field with Pulver Systems and AMF Bakery. A proud member of Elks Lodge 2279, the German-American Society, and New Comers Club of New Braunfels, where he served faithfully. A giant among men and second dad to many a hoodlum from Midlothian as well as anyone his children dragged through their home. Everyone was always welcomed under his roof. This love of accepting others came with him when he retired to New Braunfels where friends and neighbors alike were welcomed into his home without question and as they were. Known as Mr. Fix It and The Man Who Owns Every Tool, he helped many a neighbor install fences, sheds, whole house additions, and so much more. A Dutch-American wanna-be cowboy who often retreated to Eatons Ranch in Wyoming he went out with his boots on and rode off to meet his love where they will dance in eternity with no regrets saying It is what it is. Known as a man who was true to his heart, a straight shooter and someone who didn bull-s#!@ around. He is leaving a larger than life gap in many peoples hearts.
