Obituary: John Andrew Daley passed away on 23rd at the age of 70 in Plano, TX. He was born 8th, 1940 in Queens, NY to Tillie Peleschak and John M. Daley and was raised in the Catholic faith. He graduated in 1958 from Martin Van Buren High School in Queens Village, NY and then served in the Air Force from of 1959 to May of 1962. He worked for JCPenney for 35 years from 1966-2001 in information technology. His career with JCPenney started in Manhattan, NY until 1974 when he transferred to Dallas, TX to open a systems center. He was a hard working, bright and dedicated man and loved by many of his co-workers. John was married to his loving wife, Patricia Rae Wertz on 27th of 1976 and they enjoyed life fully together for 34 years. He loved her dearly and was blessed to have her in his life. He is also survived by son Daniel Daley and grandson Leon John Daley of Plano, daughter Marie A. Georgopulos, son-in-law Peter Georgopulos and granddaughter Jena Georgopulos of McKinney, TX, daughter Patrice Daley of Mesquite TX, sister Rita Contreras of Baltimore, MD and many other loving relatives. Johns hobbies were woodworking and hunting. He enjoyed many trips with his son-in-law and friends to hunt deer in Texas. He also enjoyed playing games with his family, having bar-b-ques, collecting movies, guns and John Wayne memorabilia. He enjoyed life to its fullest and never let his diabetes dictate his quality of life. He was loved much and will be remembered by all as a strong, courageous man with a will to live on his own terms. Johns wake will be held at Ted Dickey , 2128 18th St., Plano , 27th , 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.. Mass of Christian Burial will be held , , 28th, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2700 West Spring Creek Pkwy., Plano 75023. Reverend Henry Petter presiding. James was born to Michael and Frances Daley on 8, 1940, in Detroit, Mich. He was a graduate of St. Gregory The Great Catholic School and joined the Army in 1958. At a young age James knew the importance of serving his country. Faith and family were at the core of his very being. He celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary to Judith on 13, 2014. Together they raised three children and had the opportunity to live in many different states due to his faithful employment to the Kmart Corporation. 42 years, James retired. He then went on to spend the next 15 years of his life working at Texas Motor Speedway. James would grin from ear to ear when his friends from the speedway wished him many a happy birthday no matter the date. James enjoyed Winstar Casino, NASCAR and Las Vegas. He even named his beloved Pomeranians Nugget and Jackpot. James was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Frances Daley; brothers, Kenneth Lange, Marvin Daley; and sister, Joan yn. Obituary: James Gill Daley age 83, of Pasadena, TX went to be with the Lord on 1st, 2011. He was born in Screven , Georgia on 20, 1927 to John & Emily Daley. He graduated from Sylvania High School in Screven Georgia where he excelled in sports he has since been named to The Hall of Fame Sports there. He spent three years in the merchant marines during World War II and two years in the army during the Korean War. He played baseball for the South Atlantic League, Houston Buffs in the Texas League and International League. He retired from the Port of Houston as a Clerk Checker in 1993. He was a loving husband and wonderful father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be greatly missed until we are all together again with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Margaret Daley, daughters Suzie Fallon and Cheryl Wilson, son Tommy Daley, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Obituary: Louis J. Daleo born 21, 1926 to Marguerite Vetrano and Joseph Daleo in Houston. Lou is survived by his beloved wife Margaret, brother Joe Daleo, sister Anna Dillon, by his children Richard Daleo and wife Sharon, Diane Daleo, Donna Griffith, Margaret Fowler, Cynthia Daleo, Jim Daleo, and Michael Daleo. He has nine grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a host of wonderful nieces and nephews all of whom he loved dearly. Louis attended Milby High School in Houston before joining the Navy and serving in WWII. Upon his return to Houston Lou met Margaret Passmore and they married in 1949 and began a grand adventure of more than 67 years. Some of Lous business endeavors included; Address O Graph Multi-Graph and the new age of business printing equipment, Founded and operated Buffalo Reproductions for 25 years-at the time it was the longest privately held reproduction company in Houston, Owned and operated a Gift Shop on the first floor of the Central National Bank Building Developed and marketed Scents a beauty supply line of hairspray, cologne and deodorant for men and women. The womens products were scented with the 7 most famous perfume oils and the mens line was sports oriented and included the endorsement of the Atlanta Braves, Imported and sold electric cars (in the 1970s), Imported and sold Piagios Vespa scooters, Owned and operated Lake Shore Marina Owned and operated the Island Princess, a paddle boat with excursions on Buffalo Bayou, Owned and operated Coastal Marine, which included houseboat distributorships, Coastal Marine evolved into a challenge that was finally worthy of Lous full attention-casino gaming vessels. Lou was an entrepreneur in the truest sense of the word. He was a visionary, a great salesman, and a brilliant marketer who envisioned what people would need long before they realized they needed it. His greatest challenge was being ahead of his time. Lou loved airplanes, boats, and cars, but the art of making a deal was his hobby, his sport, his passion and his love second only to his family. Lou Daleo lived well, loved well and he is well loved. Louis passed away at home , 28, 2017 after a long illness. Obituary: Frank Daleiden, age 81 of San Antonio, Texas, died peacefully on , 24, 2011. Frank died in hospice care while his family gathered to give a prayer of thanksgiving, as was their annual tradition. Frank was a grocery executive specializing in transportation management until his retirement from HEB Grocery in 1996 as director of traffic. During his career he had been vice-president of transportation for Jewel Food Stores in Chicago, and for HEBs Parkway Transportation in San Antonio. Frank was a pioneer in the field of distance education, giving instruction in transportation and distribution management. He participated in several organizational boards involving regulation and labor negotiation in the freight industry. Frank graduated from Marquette University High School and from Marquette University with honors, receiving a BS in mathematics. Frank loved to travel domestically and internationally with his wife of 59 years, Nancy. Frank was a family man who faithfully led his wife and six children to success and prosperity by his example. Frank is survived by his wife Nancy and his children John (Kim) Daleiden, Joan (Lyle) Anderson, Janeen (Doug) Ryan, Jerome (Gail) Daleiden, Joseph (Tracy) Daleiden, and Julianne (Peter) Landez. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and one great grandchild. Frank had many friends and co-workers who have remained close by during the years, even from Milwaukee and Chicago.
