Obituary: Lillian Marie Trouard Deshotel Lake Charles - Lillian Marie Trouard Deshotel, 94, passed away , , 17, 2014 in a local care center. She was a lifelong resident of Calcasieu Parish and a member of St. Theodore Catholic Church. She was one of the first original employees for Green Meadows Dairy and worked in the cafeteria for Calcasieu Parish School District. She loved to cook, bake and her favorite times were cooking for all the family gatherings. She is survived by her daughter, Judith Harmon and husband Ronald of Moss Bluff; grandchildren, Donna Marie Harmon Hollier of Ragley; Thomas Scott Harmon and wife Jill of Spring, TX; Timothy Paul Harmon and wife Christie of Moss Bluff; five great grandchildren, one great great grandchild with one more on the way. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dolzea Deshotel, parents, Jimmie and Louise Marie Trouard, brother, Cliford Trouard, Sisters, Beulah Carpenter, Ruby Chapman and Mildred Bodin. A special thanks to the staff of The Gardens, The Guardian House and her special angel, Dr. DeSonnier. Her service will be 11:00am, , 19, 2014 at St. Theodore Catholic Church. Rev. Huchaby and Msgr. Curt thorough enjoyed restoring old vehicles and spending time with his family and friends. Prior to his retirement he worked for the DOTD. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Clevence loved spending time on his houseboat on the Calcasieu River. He also loved to fish. He was always willing to help others even if he had never known them. Clevence was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend. He loved his family. Survivors include his sons, C.J. Deshotel of LeBleu Settlement and Douglas Deshotel of Lake Charles; brother, Valery Deshotel of LeBleu Settlement; half-sister, Dora Fay LeBleu of Lake Charles; and grandson, Caleb Deshotel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clevence and Shirley Deshotel; and his ex-wife, Pamela Deshotel.
