Obituary: ST. MARTINVILLE \ Services will be conducted for Mr. Terry White Delahoussaye , age 76 , at 1:30 pm 11 , 2015 at Evangeline with Pastor Marty Hoey and Deacon Theo Landry officiating . Interment will follow at St. Michael Mausoleum. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm on 10, 2015 with a Rosary at: 7:00 pm. The funeral home will reopen at 9:00 am on 11, 2015 until service time. A native of St. Martinville and resident of Lafayette, Mr. Delahoussaye passed away on 8, 2015 at 8:15 am surrounded by family. Mr. Delahoussaye had a great love for horses. He owned and raced horses at Evangeline Downs and Harrahs Louisiana Downs for over 35 years. Terry was a member of the Tejas Vaqueros for 40 years and for nearly twenty years made an annual trip to Ruidoso Downs in New Mexico. Mr. Delahoussaye loved spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife; Shirley Richard Delahoussaye; children, Bobby Hoey and wife Lisa of Scott, Marty Hoey and wife Anna of Lafayette, Jessie Hoey of Nashville, and Darlene Bourque Bourg and husband Eddie of Parks; grandchildren, Kyle Hoey and fiancée Holly Machovec, Joey Bourque and wife Nicole, Monique Hoey, Reneé Hoey, and Faith Bourg; sisters, Myrtle Simar and Jeanette Guidry; 7 great grandchildren; 4 nephews; 3 nieces; and Kayla Rebardi , who was partial raised by the Delahoussaye family. He was preceded in death by his parents Theobold and Leontine Landry Delahoussaye; and brother, James Black Delahoussaye. Obituary: Roger D. Delahoussaye, 66, a native of Port Neches, TX and resident of Raceland, LA passed away Nov. 21, 2015. Obituary: A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., , 15, 2015 at Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Franklin, Louisiana for Mary Katherine Oakley delaHoussaye, 78, who died on , 11, 2015 at her home in Franklin. Rev. Lloyd Benoit, pastor of Church of the Assumption will officiate and Rev. Oneil Landry and Rev. Ruben Primor will be the co-celebrants, along with Deacon Brent Bourgeios. The family is requesting visiting hours at Iberts Mortuary from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on , 14th with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will resume at Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary on 15th at 9:00 a.m. until just prior to the funeral Mass. Interment will be in the Franklin . Mary Kay was born May 29, 1936 in New Orleans, La. to Dr. John F. Oakley, Jr. and Mary Katherine Downs Oakley and was the granddaughter of Lawrence A. Downs and Ida Mae Mulligan Downs of Chicago, Ill. and Dr. John F. Oakley, Sr. and Lula Kelton Oakley of Rogers, Arkansas. She attended school in New Orleans at Metairie Park Country Day and was graduated from Fairfax Hall in Waynesboro, Virginia. She attended Sophie Newcomb in New Orleans where she was affiliated with Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. On 21, 1957 she married her college sweetheart, Edward Anthony delaHoussaye, III and they made their home in Franklin, Louisiana where she has resided for the last 57 years. She is survived by their five daughters, Mary Downs Dee delaHoussaye of Lafayette, Jeanne delaHoussaye Sulzbach and her husband Mark of Houston, Texas, Heloise delaHoussaye LeBlanc and her husband Matthew of Franklin, Lisette delaHoussaye Rivette and her husband Dennis of Franklin, and Adrienne Claire delaHoussaye of Lafayette; four grandsons, Edward A. LeBlanc of Portland, Or., Blake S. Foster and his wife Babette of Youngsville, LA. Cody G. Foster and his wife Jerica of Youngsville, LA., and Christopher S. Sulzbach of Houston, TX. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, Landon Foster, Luke Foster, and twins Fiona Foster and Elise Foster, her sister Elizabeth Betty Oakley Weddington, brother-in-law Richard C. Davis and sister-in-law, Heloise delaHoussaye Miars, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Judge Edward A. delaHoussaye, III, by her parents, her father and mother-in-law, Edward A. delaHoussaye, Jr. and Heloise Fay delaHoussaye, her sisters, Jane Downs Oakley and Ellen Oakley Davis, and brother-in- law Ralph Weddington. May Kay was a truly beautiful person, inside and out, and had an abundance of all the qualities that truly matter in this life. She was the epitome of a lady, with a fun-loving spirit and a zeal for life. She was a woman of incredible strength, a devoted friend and neighbor. She lived for her family, dedicating her life to the love and care of her husband, children and grandchildren. Her great-grandchildren brought her great joy in her last years. She was a creative artist, a talented cook and loved needlework of all kinds. She had a life-long love of books and was a devoted patroness of the St. Mary Parish Library. Mary Kay was a convert to the Roman Catholic Church and had a passionate love of Christ. She was a daily communicant, a lay Eucharistic Minister of Holy Communion and had a hospital and home-bound ministry for many years. Mary Kay had many adoptive elderly grandparents through the years for whom she nurtured during their last years of life. She was a founding member of the Franklin Alcoholics Anonymous Program and sponsored many recovering teens and adults. Pallbearers will be her grandsons Edward LeBlanc, Blake Foster, Cody Foster, Christopher Sulzbach, and nephews Peter Dolan and John Davis. Obituary: NEW IBERIA - Memorial funeral services for Hazel Boudreaux Delahoussaye will be held 11:00 am , 19, 2015, at Evangeline . Fr. Nicholas DuPre' will officiate. Interment will be held privately at a later date. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Evangeline on , 19th from 9:00 am until services. Hazel was born 12, 1922 in Iberia Parish to the late Gabriel Boudreaux and the late Maria Landry Boudreaux. She passed away peacefully , 9, 2015 at Lafayette General Medical with her family at her side. Mrs. Hazel worked many years as a bookkeeper in retail clothing in various stores in New Iberia. Her favorite pastimes were playing card games, dominoes and marbles with her family and friends. She leaves behind many fond memories that will be cherished by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her children, Whitney J. Sweet Delahoussaye, Jr. and wife, Pat, of Lafayette, Errol A. Delahoussaye and wife Charlotte of Crowley, and Lana Delahoussaye of Baldwin; a daughter-in-law, Linda Delahoussaye of New Iberia; grandchildren, Stacie Loyd, Bryan Delahoussaye, Ivy Delahoussaye, Jr., Tiffany Deranger, Scott Delahoussaye, Jamie Delahoussaye, Holly Delahoussaye, Becky Delahoussaye, Ryan Delahoussaye and Sean Delahoussaye; 16 great grandchildren; and her sister and brother, Mazie Landry and Nelson Boudreaux both of New Iberia. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Ivy L. Delahoussaye, Sr., her former husband, Whitney J. Delahoussaye, Sr., and her sisters and brother, Elia Boudreaux Culp, Judy Boudreaux Comeaux, and Wilson Sonny Boudreaux. Obituary: Coteau - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Hazel Bergeron Delahoussaye, age 70, at 11:00 am , 14, 2015 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. Fr. Barry Crochet will be the celebrant. Readers for the Mass will be Alyx Frederick and Mikalyn Boudreaux. Giftbearers are Raquelle Romero, Ashley Duhon and Paige LeBlanc. Interment will follow in Broussard in Bayou Petit Anse. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Evangeline on from 12:00 pm until 10:00 pm, with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm. Visiting hours will resume on from 8:00 am until 10:30 am. Mrs. Delahoussaye was born 6, 1944 in New Iberia to the late on Bergeron, Sr. and Levie Alleman Bergeron and passed away peacefully on , 11, 2015 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, and aunt who loved having her family together. She also enjoyed talking on the phone and trips to the casino with her friends. She will be dearly missed. Survivors include her children, Leonard Chuchie LeBlanc and wife Tammy, Rometa Horton and husband Russell, Romona Comeaux and Fiance Willis Courville, and Heidi LeBlanc all of New Iberia; six grandchildren, Raquelle H. Romero and husband Orie, Rusty Horton, Haley Comeaux, Keith Comeaux, Jr., Ashley Duhon and Paige LeBlanc; one great granddaughter, Addilyn Romero; her brother, on Bergeron, Jr.; and her faithful and loyal rat terrier, Bella. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Ewell Delahoussaye, Sr.; sister, Rosalie Bergeron Champagne; and brothers, Irving Paul Bergeron and Albert Bergeron. Serving as pallbearers are Rusty Horton, Heidi LeBlanc, Haley Comeaux, Keith Comeaux, Jr., Orie Romero, and Blaine Champagne.
