Obituary: CHONKO, Mary Lou, 87 of Largo, FL passed away , 8, 2014 at Arden Courts of Seminole. Mary Lou was born on 2, 1927 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Cyrus & Catherine (Prentiss) Dempsey. She moved to this area in the 1970s coming from Chicago, IL. Mary Lou was a dietician at Morton Plant Hospital prior to her retirement. She was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church of Indian Rocks Beach and a member of the Antique Automobile Club, St Pete Chapter. Mary Lou was predeceased by her loving husband Ernie Chonko. Surviving is a step son Ernie Sonny (Kim) Chonko and four step daughters Debbie (Vince) Pugliese, Donna (Wayne) Butler all of Florida, Laurie (Lou) Bottino of GA and Carol (Larry) Sink of IL. along with many step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
