Obituary: William V. Chenoweth, Jr., of Naples FL, passed away on 26th, 2015. Born in St. Paul, MN, he was one of four sons of the late William V. and Florine Chenoweth. Bill retired from the Great Northern and Burlington Railroads where he worked as an engineer. He will be missed by his devoted wife of 59 years, Roxanne Chenoweth; children, Paige (Terry) Hilbrands, Renee Haugen and Todd Chenoweth; grandchildren, Justy and Ken Mullenix, Ashley and Matt Simkins, Kyle and Kayla Haugen, and Heather Sinna; great grandchildren, TJ, Justice, Gavin, Jack, Izzy, Trace and Malia; brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Jane Chenoweth; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brothers John and Jim. Services are private. A manatee county native, Rick served his community as a law enforcement officer for over 37 years with service at Palmetto Police Department and most recently with Manatee Sheriff's Department. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald. He is survived by his mother, Vivian; step-father, Buddy; son, Scott; daughter, Amber; son-in-law, Justin; granddaughters, Aubrey and Jocelyn; sister, Suzie; brother-in-law, Steve; and his law enforcement family.
