Obituary: Antonia Hernandez Charneco passed away on 8, 2017 , at the age of 94 , at Whitehall Facility in Boca Raton, FL, surrounded by her loving children. She was born in Moca , Puerto Rico on 24, 1923. Later in life Antonia moved to new York where she met the love of her life Enrico Charneco. started their family in Brooklyn , NY, where they raised their five children. Thereafter, Antonia and Enrico moved to Long Island where they began to foster children. One of the fosters stood out to Antonia and soon family gained a new member son and brother John. Antonia was predeceased by her beloved Enrico and two daughters Anita Portell and Rosalie Vitale. She survived by her children Rick (Vittoria) , Joseph, John Charneco and Evelyn (Chip) Pierce. 10 Grandchildren and their spouses and 12 Great Grandchildren. Family will receive friends at Babione Kraeer , 1100 N. Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL, 33432, on , 15, 2017 from 11:30AM to 1:30PM. Service of Remembrance will begin at 1:00PM .
