Connie was born 19, 1949, in Albemarle , VA, to George Edward Bailey, Sr. and Muriel Lucas Bailey, was a member of Alum Spring Baptist Church, retired dispatcher from the Virginia State Police, Culpeper, and enjoyed gardening, reading, puzzling and family time. Surviving Connie is her daughter, Rochelle Clatterbuck of Culpeper, VA, brother, George Edward Bailey, Jr. (Linda) of Culpeper, VA, niece, Lori Lohr and nephews, Justin McFarland, Jason Bailey, Ryan Bailey and Jeremy Bailey. In addition to her parents, her twin sister, Bonnie McFarland precedes Connie in death. services for Connie will be held at1:00 p.m. , May 18, 2017, in the chapel of Clore-English with Minister Chris Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Obituary: Jerry Dwayne Clatterbaugh, 44, of Waynesboro passed away , 24, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born in Suffolk, Virginia on 10, 1971, a son of Curtis Lee Clatterbaugh and Peggy Ann (Hewitt) Gochenour. Jerry worked for Sams club. He had a passion for wood working, radio control vehicles and four wheeling riding. Jerry also enjoyed cheering on his favor wrestler, the Undertaker. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Jerry was greeted into heaven by his step-father, Charlie Gochenour; Paternal grandparents, Sylvia Bowers and Emory Clatterbaugh; Maternal grandparents, Ron and Thelma Blair; Maternal great grandmother, Maudie Gray. In addition to his parents, left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Susan Barbara Clatterbaugh; son, Curtis; Daughter, Honey; aunts and uncles, Debbie and Jerry Jarvis, Donna and David Shifflett, Caroll and Marie Clatterbaugh, Kay and George Wood, and Mary and Walley Craighead; sisters-in-law, Dreama Smith; as well as numerous extended family and friends. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on , 31, 2016 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick s.
