Obituary: Thuy Le Chin was called home by the Lord Jesus Christ on , 11, 2011, with her family by her side. Thuy was born 25, 1970 in Da Nang, Vietnam. She was the daughter of Danh and Fred Hubany. Thuy graduated from Bethel High School in Hampton. She continued her education and received her bachelors degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk. She spent several years working at Environmental Bank & Exchange before finding her new passion, raising her children and creating a loving and happy home. As a dedicated wife and mother her family was her world. She made every moment with them special. Thuy will be tremendously missed by everyone who was blessed and graced with her love. We will carry her memory in our hearts forever. Thuy is survived her husband, Jay Chin; children, Kayla and Tyler; sisters, Frances Brown and Mary Ann Ray; and brother, James Hubany. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on , 16, 2011 at Parklawn-Wood . A celebration of Thuys life will be held at 2 p.m. on , 17 at the funeral home. Soo Sau is survived by five children, Lorraine Chin, Henry Chin, Shirley (John) Jordan, Howard (Allison) Chin, Eugene Chin; son-in-law, Glen Lee; eight grandchildren, Jennifer Scott, Stephanie Evans, Wendy Jordan, Jada Jordan, Christopher Chin, Michael Chin, Jared Lee, Mitchell Lee; five great-grandchildren, McRae, Thomas, Ashley, Tre, Savannah; two brothers, Yet Man Moy, Yet Shew Moy and their families; along with many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Sam Chin; daughter, Phyllis Lee; father, Muy Bat; mother, Yun Chun Lan; brother, Muy Yut Fong. Private interment, with her husband, will be held at Virginia Veterans at Amelia.
