Obituary: Madeline Ruth Cormier, 76, of Sale Creek passed away on , 15, at a local hospital. Madeline was a former employee with Target for many years and was known as the Corn Lady of Sale Creek. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Edna Turner and great grandson, Jaydon Baker. Madeline is survived by her loving husband, George Cormier of 58 years; daughters, Patricia (Philip) Baker and Donna (Mark) Wachholz; sons, Stephen (Pamela) Cormier, Kevin Cormier all of Sale Creek and Bruce (Loriann) Cormier of Methuen, MA; grandchildren, Jeff (Heather) Baker, David Baker, Lindsay Reel, Lauren Reel all of Sale Creek, Daniel Cormier and Renee Cormier of Methuen, MA; great grandson, Holden Baker of Sale Creek and sister, Kathleen LeTourneau of Lakeville, MA. say angels walk among us, and if they do, Madeline encompassed all that an angel would be. Her loving and unselfish manner was felt and held tightly by all that knew her. Not only a devoted mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and wife; Madeline was deeply devoted to her faith. This faith and belief in all that is good was palpable not only in her daily life, but rooted within the simplicity of life itself. Her ideals of looking beyond the ordinary, and recognizing the beauty of the moment was taught with confidence and conviction. We as a family are both grateful and assured that our mother will now be under the winds and protection of our Lord, for whom she was ready to receive. We will forever hold dearly her most enlightened teaching of all; to recognize and be thankful for our own little miracles for the day. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 on and 1 to 2 on at the funeral home. Services for Madeline will be held at 2 on at the North Chapel with Pastor Barry Hildebrandt officiating. Obituary: Charles Ray Corley, 65, Woodlawn, TN, died , 15, 2010, at his residence. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel, Clarksville, TN. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. at Radney , Mobile, AL, Saraland Location with Brother Paul Matthews officiating. Visitation will begin two hours prior to the funeral. Burial will be in Indian Springs , Mobile, AL with full military honors. He was born 27, 1945 in Mobile, AL and was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Madolin Dossett Corley; son, Chuck Corley; brothers, Avis Corley and Jack Corley. Ray was a U.S. Army Retired MSGT and a Desert Strom Veteran. He was a member of American Legion #233, VFW (Lafayette Road), and a recipient of the Bronze Star. Obituary: Bobbie Bob Lawson Corley, age 87 of Kingsport, was welcomed into Gods Heavenly Kingdom during the late evening hours of 14, 2015. Bobbie was born to the late Mr. Earl M. Corley and Dora Mills Corley on 27, 1928. On 4, 1954 he married his best friend and love of his life, , and after 60 years of marriage, she survives. Bobbie was a member of St. Luke Methodist Church and he served his country proudly during WW II. serving in the U.S. Navy for three years, he returned home to begin his life, raising his wonderful family. Bobbie is survived by his wife, Corley; one daughter, Ann Dora Robinette and her husband Eddie; one sister, Edna Whitley; one brother, Gerald Corley; and one sister-in-law, Ginger Corley. He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl M. and Dora Mills Corley; one son, Bobbie Earl Corley; one daughter, Jennie Lynn; four brothers, Grady Corley, Jullian Corley, Gordon Corley, and Fredie Corley; two sisters, Barbara Wagnor and Martha Lawson. The family wants to express their heart-felt thanks to Dr.Robert Funke. He has been with the family through Bobs long illness. The family would also like to send a special thanks to their friends and neighbors; and to Tammy and Lois with Amedisys Hospice. took care of Bob with the highest respect and caring attitude. There will be a graveside service on , 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at East Lawn Memorial Garden of Kingsport, Tennessee in the Garden of Gethsemane, with Pastor Tim Hodges officiating.
