Obituary: Elden Claude Cheatham, 65, passed away on 23, 2014 at his home in Del City, OK. Elden was born 8, 1949 in Oklahoma City, OK to Claude Raymond and Wilda Mae (Rogers) Cheatham. He graduated from Carl Albert High School in 1967, and went on to serve in the US Army first armored division at Fort Hood, TX. Elden was a graduate of Texas A & M class of 1976. He worked for Wilson Art, Kerr-McGee, and Lockheed Martin. Elden is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his children, Eric Cheatham (Miranda), Amy Ponce (Roberto); four grandchildren, Trenton and Kolton Cheatham, Josiah and Analessa Ponce all of Temple, TX; brother, Jesse Cheatham; sisters, Linda Gail Beller and Cheryl Ann Siders all of OK; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends who will miss him dearly. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Blue Santa program \ Temple Police Department, 209 E. Avenue A, Temple, TX 76501 or to any charity of your choice. Obituary: Clinton Don Cheatham In the 31 years he spent with us, Clint blessed us with his loyalty, creativity and strength. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in journalism and business, Clint went on to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator. Clint was always encouraging others with his positivity. This is best illustrated by his life-long devotion to health and well being. He combined years of intense study and research to create his business, Outlaw Strength and Conditioning so that he could help others reach their goals. An unwavering believer in Christ and His Truth, Clint stood firmly in his faith. He especially loved the Book of Ephesians, which reminds all believers to put on the whole armor of God in order to withstand evil and be complete in the richness of Gods mercy and love. Clint was a true lover of the outdoors, including hunting with his dad and spending time with his beloved black lab Hendrix. He captured his love of Oklahoma through the breathtaking photographs he took of our states beautiful sunsets. Colorado was a second home to him, and he enjoyed spending time with family in the Rocky Mountains. Clint and his dad also had fun brewing homemade beer together. He is survived by his father and mother, Don and Lynda Cheatham of Crescent; his sister and brother-in-law, Celia and Drew Graham of Mustang; and his grandmother and grandfather, Wayne and Billye Phipps of Oklahoma City.
