Obituary: Clay K. Comer passed away in his sleep on , 29, 2016, at the age of 91. Clay was born on 23, 1924, a second generation Fresnan, to Charles and Blenda (Westman) Comer. Following graduation from Fresno High School, Class of 1942, Clay served honorably with the 83rd Infantry Division in Europe. When discharged in 1946, he married Glenis, his sweetheart of four years. Together they founded Courtesy Moving Service. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Bruce Comer of Fresno. He is survived by his wife, Glenis (Shrum) Comer; son, Ron Comer of Philadelphia, and his three children, Joshua, Seth and Jacob; daughter, Judy Ramirez of Lemoore, CA, and her three children, Brian, Heidi and Brad; and son, Gary Comer of Merced, CA, and his two children, Garet and Tessa; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on 8, 2016, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. A Service will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on , 9, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. Remembrances may be made to Saint Agnes Medical , 1303 E.
