Obituary: COFFEY Ronald Ray Coffey, 79, left this earth on 5, 2016 at his home surrounded by family. He was born 7, 1936 in Rockcastle , KY to his parents, James Madison Jim Matt Coffey and Minnie L (née Parrett) Coffey both of whom preceded him in death. He moved to Lockland, OH in 1955 where he would work at Stearns and Fosters for over 45 years. He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years Mary E. Coffey (née Brummett) whom he married on May 8, 1960. He is survived by a son, Jessie R. Coffey (Robin), daughters Lavonna S. Foster (Tim) and Maryann Amburgey (Tom Cassidy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Tim Coffey (Elizabeth), Amanda Coffey, Melissa Leslie (Bobby), Matthew Coffey (Mollee Schierloh), Krystal Amburgey (Andrew Mee), and one great-grandson, Nolan Leslie. He is survived by brothers Jesse Coffey (Christine) of Richmond, IN, Walter Coffey of Crab Orchard, KY, Lloyd Coffey (Janice) of Cincinnati, OH, sisters Mae Cowan (Elmer) of Richmond IN, Marie Clark of Richmond IN, Sister-in-law Margaret Coffey and many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers John Tilman, Donald Lee, Henry Joshua, James William, Conard Clay; sisters Margaret Orlene Coffey and Lydia Clercy Ballinger; Brother-in-laws; Rueben Ballinger and Charles Clark; sister-in-laws Wilma Coffey, Georgia Coffey and Ruby Coffey. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 50 years. Visitation , 8, 2016 from 5-8PM at Schmidt-Dhonau-Kucner , 10980 Reading Rd., Sharonville, OH 45241 with funeral service to follow at 8PM at the funeral home. Burial , 11AM Maret , Rockcastle , KY. In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate donations to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263.
