Obituary: HICKORY - Lillian Helen Rokosz Cygan, 90 of Hickory passed away on , 25, 2014 at Catawba Regional Hospice following a period of declining health. Lillian was born on 15, 1924 in Rockville, CT to the late Martin and Anna Godek Rososz. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Sebastian Sig Cygan; her twin sister, Frances Malone, three other sisters, Virginia Rokosz, Cecilia Rokosz, Jean Kupiec and a brother, Edward Rokosz. Lillian is survived by a daughter, Linda Gensheimer of Hickory with whom she lived with, a son, Bill Cygan and wife Sharon of Indian Land, SC., two granddaughters, Lisa MaGruder and husband Shaun of Austin, TX, Kimberly Hunter and husband A.J. of Indian Land, SC, two grandsons, Aaron Gensheimer and wife Ashton of Atlanta, GA, William Cygan and wife Callie of Stanford, CT, great-granddaughter, Avery Gensheimer of Atlanta, GA, twin great- grandchildren, Isaac and Eliana MaGruder of Austin, TX, and a sister, Doris Rudolph of Springfield, MA. The family will receive friends on , 03, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 AM at St Aloysius Catholic Church, Holy Family Hall. A Mass will be held on , 03, 2014 at 11:00AM at St. Aloysius Catholic Church with Father Larry LoManaco officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood . Obituary: High Point, NC Mrs. Katie Boone Cutts, 86, passed away , 5, 2016 at her residence following several months of declining health. Katie was born in Chesterfield, SC 15, 1929, a daughter of John Melton Boone and Della Tyner Boone. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed life. Katie was preceded in death by her husband, Sherrel Winford Cutts and a daughter, Peggy Smith. Surviving are three daughters, Eunice McIlvane and her husband Mack, Martha Sue Brewer and Della Sandoval and her husband Gilbert; two sons, Mike Reddish and his wife Anita and Vincent Meleizen; a sister, Betty Outlaw; 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Katie’s life will be held , 20 at 2 p.m. at God’s House of Prayer Pastor Bruno Wolf. The family will receive friends following the service. Obituary: Gearldine Armstrong Cuttino affectionately known as Mom was born 10, 1935 in Georgetown, SC to the late Silas and Bertha (Franklin) Armstrong. She departed her life 8, 2014. She attended the Oatland Community School. At an early age she accepted Christ and joined St. Paul A.M.E Church. She later moved to New York. On 26, 1957 she was united in holy matrimony to James Arthur Cuttino, Sr. in White Plains, NY. From that union six children were born.
