Obituary: Lana K. Lehnig Creppel passed away peacefully on Morning, 10, 2014. She was 57 years old. Loving mother of Michael Lehnig, Amanda Baxter (Jason) and Melinda Cooper (Gilbert Champagne). Grandmother of James, Isabella, Gabriel, Richard, Cassandra, Cameron, Kyle, Kaitlynn, Kayla, and Alyssa. Great-grandmother of Ashton. Daughter of Claudette Lehnig and the late Richard Lehnig. Sister of David Lehnig, Tony Lehnig (Anne), Christine Johnson (Paul), and the late Timothy Lehnig (Mary). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was a native of Kankakee, Illinois and resident of the New Orleans area for the majority of her life. Lana graduated from Dunbar High School and later received her Associates degree from Phillips Junior . She worked as a store manager for Radio Shack and later as a district manager for Murphy Oil . She will be greatly missed by many and remembered by all. Obituary: Clarence Louis Creppel entered into eternal rest on 8, 2017 at the age of 86. He was born in Little Temple, LA to the late Vincent and Clemence Billiot Creppel. He was preceded in death by his beloved Wife Charlotte Ash Creppel, his brothers and sisters Abby, Milton Coon, Isaac, Amedelle, Celestine, Daniel Danny, and ine Creppel. He is survived by his brother Leonce Creppel. Loving father to Madonna Donna Creppel Hebert (Edward), and the Late Phillip Creppel; Grandfather to Stacy Lynn Vail (David) and Wendy Lynn Hebert (Cody); Great Grandfather to Cody CJ Greene Jr and Riley Marie Vail and Uncle to many nieces, nephews, and godchildren. He was a proud member of the United Houma Nation. He was a native of Lafitte, LA where he built his own skiffs for trawling and loved to fish whenever he could. He worked for Boh Bros Construction for 36 years before retiring many years ago. He was a great man that loved to be social and have a good time. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him. A Mass will be held in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan , 5101 Westbank Expressway, on , 13, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will begin on , 12, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM, and continue from 8:00 AM on until the Mass. Interment will be in Flemming in Lafitte. Obituary: Mr. Lee O'Neal Crenshaw passed away peacefully on , 28, 2015. Visitation will be , 31, 2015 from 5PM until 7PM and the funeral service will be held at 2:30PM on , 1, 2015 at Centuries Memorial , Shreveport, LA. Officiates will be Rev. Dennis Sims of Ellerbe Baptist Church and Rev. Brian Oproek of Shreveport Community Church. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Mr. Crenshaw was born 5, 1918 in Shreveport, LA where he attended Byrd High School. He worked 37 1/2 years as a switchman for KCS Railroad before his retirement in 1979. A charter member of Southside Baptist church and member of Shreveport Community Church, he lived his life as a very devoted family man and Christian who loved his family, friends and church. In his younger years Lee was an amateur lightweight boxer who received a golden glove from none other than Jack Dempsey. He was a member of the Good Sam RV Club and enjoyed many years touring the country with his wife Frances, and in-laws, the Fords and the Stricklands. More recently his interests turned to two of his passions; his devotion to the Yankees, and visiting his friends in the various nursing homes. Lee was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Frances Crenshaw; parents, Bud and Nellie Crenshaw; brothers, Baker Crenshaw, C.H. Crenshaw and Bobby Crenshaw; and sister, Kate McCary; He is survived by his daughters Paula Crenshaw Brown and husband Ronny and Lisa Crenshaw Langley and husband Marvin; grandchildren Paul Brown and wife Pam, Stephen Brown and wife Wendy, Emily Walthall and husband Scott, and Shelley Brownlee and husband Cory; great-grandchildren, Kyle Brown, Ryan Brown, Perry Brown, Jake Brown, Lauren Brown, Matt Webb, Pearce Walthall, Evelyn Walthall, Avery Walthall, Parker Brownlee and Owen Brownlee; brothers, Billy Earl Crenshaw and wife Jean and Eddie Crenshaw; sisters, Polly Johnson and Betty Crenshaw. The family wishes to offer a heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Glen, St. Joseph's Hospice and especially to his private caregivers Adlena , Dorothy, Clara, Michelle and Dequeitta.
