Obituary: Robert W. Clarkie Clark Jr., age 88, of Owensboro passed away , 30, 2012 at Owensboro Place surrounded by family. He was born on 19, 1925 in Daviess , Kentucky to the late Robert W. Clark, Sr. and Henrietta Brey Clark . Robert served in the United States Navy Seabees during the WWII and Korean Conflicts. He was a man whose main priority was caring for his family; he was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He provided for his family by working as an electrician throughout Western Kentucky for many years, he was known as the 2nd oldest electrician in the United States. He was a member of Breckinridge Methodist Church where he taught School. Robert was a member of Odd Fellows, Micro Midget Club, Owensboro Coin Club, IBEW Electrical Union Local 1701. To all who knew Clarkie he was an avid UK Basketball Fan. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years; Anna Horton Clark, a brother Jack Clark of Owensboro.Two sons; Barry Clark and his wife Bonnie of Owensboro, Jay Clark and his wife Kim of Santa Claus, IN. Three grandchildren; Angie Clark of Evansville, IN, Jeffrey Clark and wife Audrey of Evansville, IN, Cameron Jay Clark of Santa Claus, IN and one great grandchild; Jayden Clark. services will be private. Obituary: Richard Donald Clark, 87, of Louisville died , 23, 2014 after a long and courageous struggle with Alzheimers disease. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Myrtle Clark; a son, Larry Clark; five sisters and four brothers. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, LaVonne Allen; his beloved daughter, Lauren Clark and a host of nieces and nephews. Rick was a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of Southeast Christian Church, a locomotive engineer for the old Illinois Central Railroad and a retired ironworker for Local #70. Obituary: Phillip Michael Clark, 64, went home to be with Jesus, , 24, 2011 at the Owensboro Medical System. Born in Owensboro on 9, 1946, Mr. Clark was the loving son of the late Joseph Bernard and Laurita Mulligan Clark; was a graduate of St Alphonsus High School and the University of Kentucky where he earned both his bachelor and masters degree; was an Air Force veteran, and was retired from Farm Credit Services where he worked as a loan officer for more than 35 years. He was a dedicated member of Immaculate Catholic Church and for more than 15 years attended weekly Eucharistic Adoration at the Carmel Chapel. But most importantly, Mr. Clark was devoted to his family—a loving husband, father, and grandfather. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 37 years, Linda Schweikarth Clark in 2009; a brother, Joe Clark; and sisters, Betty Reisz and Linda Winchell. Mr. Clark is survived by sons, Courtney Clark (Amber Mikes) , Dr. Aaron (Jill) Clark, Travis (Rachael) Clark, and Tyler Clark all of Owensboro; grandchildren, Madison Nicole Clark, William Joseph Clark, Carson Phillip Clark, Hayden Michael Mikes, and Nolan Matthew Clark; and a sister Barbara Simon (Larry Young) of Owensboro. Services are 11 a.m. , 27, 2011 at Immaculate Catholic Church with Father Tony Jones officiating. Burial will follow in St Mary Magdalene in Sorgho. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on and after 9 a.m. on at Glenn and Crematory where prayers will be said at 6 p.m. on evening. The family thanks the dedicated doctors, nurses and staff of the Oncology Department of Owensboro Medical System and the Mitchell Cancer for their loving care of Mr. Clark.
