Obituary: Mr. Jack Harold Canary, age 86, of Winston, GA passed away , 7, 2015. He was born 18, 1928 in East Point, GA. Mr. Canary loved his family. He enjoyed church and was a member of the Douglasville First United Methodist Church. Mr. Canary volunteered through AARP to help seniors with their taxes and he dabbled in real estate. Mr. Canary was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Katherine Lowe Canary. He is survived by his wife Gloria Ergle Canary of Winston, GA, whom he married on 14, 1951; son, Glen Alan Canary and wife Gayle Butler Canary of Winston, GA; daughter, Lisa Canary Martin and husband Rev. Dr. Donald Martin of Alpharetta, GA; sister, Geraldine Canary Whatley of Woodstock, GA; three grandchildren, Andrew Canary of Villa Rica, GA, Taylor Martin of Atlanta, GA and Aaron Martin of Atlanta, GA; two great-grandchildren, Hayden Canary and Tyler Canary of Villa Rica, GA. A memorial service will be , 9, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Richard Jones officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mr. Canary to The Michael J. Mrs. Canady was born on May 20, 1913 to the late Willie Edgar Taylor and Cynthia Braswell Taylor. She was a member of The Sanctified Church of Christ and had lived in Columbus most of her life. Obituary: Thomas Allen Canady, 58, passed away , 9, 2015 at his residence surrounded by his family. services will be held , 13, 2015 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park with the Rev. Keith Claxton officiating. The family will greet friends 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be private. Mr. Canady was born in Marietta, Georgia. His parents are Cecil and Jane Canady and Betty Riner (Jim-deceased) Link. He was a truck driver and previously worked for several local logging companies. Mr. Canady was a member of Lawrence Drive Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman, who enjoyed camping and boating with his family. Mr. Canady was a devoted and loving son, husband, father, grandfather and brother. Survivors, other than his parents, include his wife, DeRanna Fullington Canady; daughters, Kasey (Sean) Willis and Sheree (Joel) Scott; grandchildren, Christian Swann, RaeLeigh and Madalene Willis, and Alivia and Gavin Scott; brothers, Robby (Christine) Canady and David (Julie) Canady; and beloved dogs, Sugar and Sophie.
