Obituary: Mitchell Budzynski passed away on 25, 2015, at his residence in Spring Hill surrounded by his family. Mitchell is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Barbara. He was a loving father to Elizabeth and Alexandra. Devoted father-in-law to Greg Falduto and Bill Canner. Loving grandfather of Joseph and Nicholas Falduto and Andrea Benton. Brother-in-law of Harriet and Lucyna Budzynski. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and devoted companion “Pepper”. Originally from Poland, Mitchell immigrated to Chicago in 1964 where he found work at a spring manufacturing plant. Working hard, he rose to be a Foreman and retired after 31 years. retirement, he and his family moved to Florida in 2003. He was a great cook with a sense of humor and a song for every spoonful of homemade tomato soup. |

Obituary: Kenneth S. Budzyna, 66, longtime resident of Killington, VT, and winter resident of Port Charlotte, FL. passed away , 4, 2014. He was the son of Stanley and Monica Budzyna, born 21, 1947 in Shrewsbury, MA. Kenneth attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Gamma fraternity and received an Associates Degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management. He then attended Kansas State University where he received his Bachelors and Masters degree in nutrition. He was the proprietor of the Summit Lodge from 1979 and was the founder and operator of the Grist Mill Restaurant until his retirement in 2005. Kenneth was a member of the Green Mountain Golf Course and Ducks Unlimited. He enjoyed golf, fishing, skiing, and was an accomplished naturalist. Kenneth will be greatly missed by his wife , step son James Meyer, sisters Lorrayne and Deborah, and all those who loved and knew him.. He will also be missed by his beloved dogs, Buddy and Bean. He was predeceased by his brothers Raymond and Leonard. A celebration of his life will be held in Killington, VT, at a later date this summer.
