Obituary: Bruce Roy Branstrom, 86, of Middleburg, Florida, passed away May 14, 2017. He was born 26, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois. Bruce was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend and he will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. Bruce graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1952 and enjoyed a long career as an aerospace engineer with United Technologies - Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in West Palm Beach, Florida. During his time with Pratt & Whitney, Bruce was awarded several patents for his work on aircraft turbine components. Bruce was young at heart and delighted in meeting new people and traveling. He loved to cheer on both the Braves and the Cubs and was a lifelong, avid golfer. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Bruce is survived by Joan, his loving wife of 36 years. He is also survived by sons Kenny Branstrom (Shirley), JB Branstrom (Kay), Ricky Branstrom (Nancy), Tommy Branstrom, Robert Guild (Debbie), and Richard Guild (Teresa); daughters Joan Hassell and Jean Miller (Mike); and many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held , May 22, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Holly Hill , 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, Florida 32068. Visitation will precede the service at 1 PM. Obituary: Mary A. Mantzel Branston, widow of Robert Branston went to join her Lord on , 23, 2017. She was born to Gustave and Mary (Garwood) Mantzel of Philadelphia in of 1924. She married Robert E. Branston in 1973 in Jacksonville Fla and officially became a Floridian. She and Bob attended Myrtle Grove Methodist Church for many years. She is survived by her children Jimmy, Kathi, and Pete Mulhall and Mary Lou (and David) Bryan of Pennsylvania and Robert (and Peggy) Mulhall of Texas. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 18 greatgrandchildren and 3 great- great grandchildren. In addition to her beloved husband, she was predeceased by 2 daughters Sarah and Peggy and a great grandson Michael DuCote. A Memorial service will be held at Myrtle Grove Methodist Church at 11:00AM on 27th. Friends will be received from 10:00 until 11:00 at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church youth group. The inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family. Oak Lawn is entrusted with the arrangements. |

Obituary: William Daniel Branson, 84, of Lakewood Ranch, Florida joined our Heavenly Father on 8, 2016 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. He was born 23, 1932 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Melvin Carl & Lena Louise Schnepf Branson. completing his education, William was employed at Bell laboratories until retirement in 1989, when he moved to Florida with his wife Sherry. William was a hard worker and enjoyed traveling but his greatest joy was spending time with his family. William dedicated his life to serving the Lord and was one of the founding members of Harvest UMC of LWR. Preceded in death by his parents and first wife, Beryl. William is survived by his wife Sherry Terrell Branson; daughter, Cheryl/Luke Gerardi; sons, William/Pam, Robert/Mary, David/Tina, James/Donna Branson, Mike & Mark/Cheryl Highsmith; brothers Lewis/Marilyn & Melvin/Connie Branson; sisters Bertha/Dorman Blackburn, Josephine/late Richard Walker, Rosetta/Alvin Short, Theresa/Robert Wilson; 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Services for William will be held at 12:30 PM on , 19, 2016 with visitation from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hendryx Mortuary New Palestine Chapel, 19 E. Main St. New Palestine, IN 46163.
