Obituary: Ernest Joseph Besner, age 95, of Orange City, FL passed away on 7, 2017. Ernest was born 10, 1921. He served his country faithfully in the United States Army during World War II as an Army Ranger. He was a carpenter and at one time the President of his local Carpenter's Union. Ernest enjoyed baseball golf and painting. Ernest is survived by his spouse, Helen Theresa Besner and his neice and nephew Robert and Cynthia Besner. Ernest was preceded in death by his parents Ovila and Ouscilina Besner, his brothers; Joseph Besner, William Besner, Raymond Besner, Eddie Besner, Eugene Belsner, Wilfred Besner and Leon Besner and his sisters; Rose Cardin and Marie Besner. Visitation is scheduled for 13, 2017 from 1:00-3:00 and 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the Deltona Memorial , located at 1295 Saxon Blvd., Orange City, FL 32763. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 14, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Ann's Catholic Church, located at 26 Dogwood Trl, Debary, FL 32713, with the interment to follow at Cape Canaveral National located at 5525 Us Highway 1, Mims, FL 32754.
