Obituary: Kiyo Kayashima Boyd surrendered to our Lords comforting embrace 10 2015 to join husband Joe and oldest daughter Shirley in final and eternal rest. Born in Yokosuka Japan 24th 1933 Kiyo married Joe in 1952 and supported him for over 50 years before his passing in 2003. Kiyo possessed a humble and unassuming charm and elegance that immediately put family and friends at ease and was equally gracious and generous with her time and home and purse. Kiyo is survived by sons Steve and Neal and daughters Janet and Karen, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. A devoted wife, loving mother, unfailing friend to all those who touched her Life; her passion for cooking and gambling was infectious. We surrender her now to a well earned peace and comfort in the house of our Lord where there is little doubt she will be preparing a family meal and waiting for us to join her at her table. Kiyo Boyd passed away 10, 2015 at the age of 82. She will be missed by her family and those who knew her. Visitation will be , 17 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.; her funeral service will be , 18 at 10:30 a.m. at Olinger Hampden Mortuary, followed by a committal service at Fort Logan National at 12:15 p.m. |

Obituary: John (Jones) Boyd passed away 6, 2015 at his home in Cañon City. John was born in Ringwood, Oklahoma, 3, 1926 to John and Gladys Billings Boyd. His family left Oklahoma when he was a child and moved to Pueblo. He retired from CF&I in 1983, after 37 year service and moved to Cañon City in 1985. John was preceded in death by his parents and step-father, Jerry Jones; 3 brothers and a sister. He is Survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Dolores Titus Boyd; son, Dan (Janet) Boyd, Pueblo; daughter, Lorelli (Doug) Hackler, Boise, ID; and Sandy Jackson, Cheyenne, WY; 5 granddaughters, Jane Boyd and, Julie Troutt, Pueblo West, Alecia (Mike) Burgard, Brookings, SD, Niki (Kyle) Maughan, Boise, ID, and Stephanie (Danny) Hackler, Boulder, CO; and one great-grandson, Theron Troutt, Pueblo West; and many nieces and nephews. Obituary: James Jim Boyd, 78, of Greeley, passed away , 23, 2016 at North Colorado Medical . He was born on 4, 1938 in Houston, Texas to Victor Hugo and Leona Alma (Maynor) Boyd. Jim was raised in Houston, attending Stephen F. Austin and the University of Houston. While in Houston he was a member of Willow Meadow Baptist Church. On 30, 1959 he married Elain Cusimano in Houston. Jim served in the Air Force reserves for six years, from 1959 to 1965. He retired from Oyo Geospace Corporation in 2000 and he and Elaine moved to Greeley to be with family and help operate a small business with his son. Jim enjoyed fishing, computers and entertaining his granddaughters. He is survived by his wife, Elaine Boyd; sons, James P. Boyd and Darryl Boyd; brother, Marshal Ray Boyd of Houston and three granddaughters, Averi Boyd, Andi Boyd and Alexis Boyd. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 p.m. , 28, 2016 at Stoddard .
