Obituary: Mary Louise Bolen, age 92, born 25, 1922, died 9, 2015. Mrs. Bolen was a resident of Jackson, AL where she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jackson. She was a member of the 1940 Graduating Class of Leroy High School, Leroy, AL. Mrs. Bolen was a devout Christian who was passionate about her church. A devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Mrs. Bolen will be greatly missed. Mrs. Bolen is survived by her son, Bryant B. Bolen, Jr (Laine); grandsons, Bryant B. Bolen, III and Robbie Wilson Bolen; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bryant B. Bolen, Sr. in 2002. Service will be , 10, 2015 at Lathan , Jackson at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Ben Stubblefield officiating. The family will receive friends and loved ones for one hour prior to the service. Obituary: Marlin Roy Bolen, 79, of Jackson, passed away 8, 2017 at Jackson Medical . He was born 19, 1938 to Lloyd and Peggy Bolen. A retired supervisor with Bell South Telephone , he was also a very active member of First United Methodist Church of Jackson where he served in numerous positions. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Carreen Driskell Bolen; children, Leigh (Crystal) Bolen, Keith (Tammy) Bolen, Daron Bolen; grandchildren, Stevi (Jonathan) Skipper, Weston (Haley) Bolen, Andrea Bolen, Dalton Bolen, Blake Bolen and extended family and friends. Obituary: Bryant B. Bolen, Jr., 69, of Jackson, passed away 10, 2017 at Jackson Medical . He was born 12, 1948 to Bryant B. Bolen, Sr. and Mary Holcombe Bolen. An avid hunter and fisherman, he had also been active member of the Rotary Club which recognized him as a Paul Harris Fellow, a nationally recognized honor. He was also a member of Jackson United Methodist Church and Bear Lake, a private fishing club. He had also served the city of Jackson on the Volunteer Fire Department and the Port Authority Board. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Laine Wilson Bolen and sons, Bryant B. Bolen, III and Robbie W. Bolen, all of Jackson. services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on 12, 2017 at Lathan in Jackson with the Rev. Forrest Weekley and Eulogist George “Buddy” Skipper officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Jackson with Lathan directing. Active pallbearers will be Richard Skipper, Bob Bowling, Mike Furr, Roger Roberts, Scotty Finch, Keith Peavy, Dayton Gunter and Tommy Simison.
