Obituary: Martin Andrew Brown, 49, passed away , 15 at Memorial Hospital. He was born in Pasadena, CA and raised in Yakima, WA. He graduated from AC Davis HS and earned an AA degree from YVCC. He married Stephanie Louise Beamer on 10, 1985. had two children, Chanel, in 1986, and Kenneth, in 1988. He worked as an irrigation engineer at Montgomery Irrigation for many years and later worked for Akland Pump and Irrigation before illness limited his ability to work. He was an avid reader, took pride in his work, and loved horses, dogs, and cats. He is survived by his children, Chanel Brown and Kenneth Brown; his mother, Margaret, and his brothers, Alan and Harold. His brother Alan would like to say that Marty was a good Samaritan and kind to everyone he came into contact with. He is preceded in death by his wife Stephanie. His children hope that now he can be with her again. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. , 23, 2010 at Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. She moved to California as a young adult and married Warren Brown in 1969. later divorced. living in California for 20 years, Marj moved to Vancouver, Washington in 1979. She moved to the Seattle area in 2003, returning to Vancouver in 2006.Marj received her Masters Degree in Teaching from Bridgewater State and worked as a teacher for many years in both California and Washington.Marj enjoyed traveling and had been all over the world.
