Obituary: Kerma Cazier Bishop died evening at the home of her daughter, Barbara, and son-in-law, Kim Norris. She was 92. Kerma was born to Clyde and Ida Anderson Cazier on 24, 1923 in Burley, Idaho. She lived in Ogden, Utah and moved to San Francisco, California where she attended Commerce High and later married her eternal sweetheart, Heber Cottom Bishop on 16, 1945. The newlyweds moved to Salt Lake City, where Heber was born and raised. Except for a brief return to California they continued to live in Utah where they raised four children; Susan (Thor) Bradsher, Bryan (Linda) Bishop, Barbara (Kim) Norris and Julie (Mark) Ford and were happily devoted to their family, friends, golf and to their church. Kerma especially loved her work in the Primary Presidency. She was continually optimistic and good at lifting spirits. Above all, she was faithful, prayerful, and always trusted in God. Kerma and Heber were avid golfers and fabulous dancers in their younger years. Kerma seldom complained when she suffered pain in her last years. Her valiant spirit was admirable. We are so grateful to the nurses and staff of Inspiration and Encompass Hospices. Natalie, you were first on the scene and we know you have earned your wings. Nicole and Tara, we know you have as well. Besides their four children, Kerma is survived by 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren along with four great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and granddaughter, Becky Bishop Baker. services will be held on , 30, 2015 at 11:00 am at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Chapel located at 3401 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City. Obituary: Dortha Jean Reid Bishop Our beloved mother, Dortha Jean Reid Bishop, returned to her Heavenly Father and eternal sweetheart on 18, 2007. She was born May 2, 1931, in Bingham Canyon, Utah, to Rebecca Blanche Kenner and Donald G. Reid. She was raised in Bingham and enjoyed close relationships with family and friends. In school she played the French Horn and drums in the band. She loved all music and had a lovely voice. She married Neldon Reid Bishop on 20, 1947, at her parents home in Bingham. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple 19, 1957. were the parents of five children, Don Bishop (Simi Valley, Calif.) Debbie Hamilton (Provo) Diana Alba (Las Vegas, NV) Karen Draudt (Orem) and Barbara Parry (Highland). She has twentyeight grandchildren and thirty-three great grandchildren. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in many positions including teaching, and auxillary presidencies at both ward and stake levels. She served as a temple worker in both the Provo and Timpanogos temples. She was a PTA President and room mother in all of her childrens classes. She was also actively involved in civic duties and was a registration agent and served as an election judge for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter in law (Leslie Shepherd Bishop), and her husband. She is survived by her only sister, Dona Reid Davis (Midvale, Ut.), her five children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Services will be Dec. 22, 2007, at the Geneva Heights 4th Ward Chapel, 857 West 800 North, Orem at 12 noon. Family and friends may call evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Walker Sanderson , 646 East 800 North, Orem and from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Interment in the Orem City . |

She was born 5, 1954 at Tacoma, Washington to Neil Leslie and Ina Mae Sadler Kitteridge. She married Dennis Lane Bishop, 9, 1973 in the Provo LDS Temple. She touched so many with her happy, carefree personality and her loving spirit. She had a love for adventure and found the good in every situation. Her two great loves were being close to nature and being close to her family. She adored her grandchildren and they returned her affection and love. Not only was she physically beautiful, she was spiritually beautiful as well. Debbie was always happy, even at the very end she was able to bring a smile to those who were with her. She was a great listener and true friend and always served selflessly those around her. She had an infectious personality that made everyone feel at ease and at home in her presence. She was loved and adored by so many and she will be deeply missed. Obituary: Daniel Rolfe Bishop 4/2/54 - 8/1/09 Dan passed away on 08/01/09 in Provo, Utah surrounded by his loving family following a sudden brief illness. He was born 04/02/54 in Delta, Utah to Robert and Dolpha Bishop and spent his early years in Hinckley, Springville, and Provo where he graduated from Provo High School. He subsequently served a two-year LDS mission to Birmingham, England. He then attended BYU, where he met the love of his life, Mary Kay Stephenson in a Psychology 101 class. Following their marriage in the Washington, D. C. Temple and graduation from BYU, Dan and Mary moved to Maryland and he began his lifetime career as a gifted salesman. Dan was a dedicated and faithful member of the LDS Church and held numerous callings throughout his life, including Seminary teacher, High Councilman, Bishop, Stake Presidency Counselor and his favorite - Young Mens President of the Timpview 8th Ward. Dan loved people. He could lighten the mood by entering a room. He was compassionate and cared for everyone. Dan was the perfect son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. He said his family was his hobby and he loved to hang out at home. He healed people through humor and compassion. He did quiet acts of service and was loved by everyone. playing with his grandsons, Matthew and Jackson, his last journal entry stated, My joy is full. Dan is survived by his sweetheart, Mary, and their four children: Brandon, Shannon (Tim) Adams, Sarah (Cody) Branin, and Reynolds, as well as his mother, Dolpha, sister Pat (Bill) Carter, and brother Tim (Kathy), and was preceded in death by his father Robert and sister Debbie. A public viewing will be held on evening 7th from 6-8 PM and , 8th from 11:30 AM -12:40 PM with the funeral at l:00 PM, all held at the Orem Timpview Stake , 1050 North, 600 West, Orem, Utah.
