Mrs. Bone' was raised and educated in the Philippines, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She married Florencio E. Bone Jr. in the Philippines. She worked for the Phil-Am Life insurance of the Philippines for over 20 years and was a lifelong member of the Catholic Womens League of the Philippines. She came to Killeen, Texas after her husband preceded her in death in 2009. Obituary: (Edwards) Bone, 82, of Greenville, the daughter of the late Mary Rebecca (Ainsworth) and Tilton (T. B.) Edwards, was born on 31, 1928 in Woodlake, TX and passed away on 16, 2010 in Greenville. Mrs. Bone was a beautician and owner of s Beauty Shop for many years. She enjoyed baking yeast bread and then sharing it with her friends. She was a breast cancer survivor and volunteered for counseling of breast cancer patients, as well as volunteering in the schools to read to the children. She was a member of Timberland Drive Church of Christ and the local Traveling Club. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Carl Thomas and Tena Bone of Greenville, TX; four grandchildren, Jason Bone and Michelle, Julie Sullivan and Trey, Jennifer Huie and Rorie and Ashley Bone; fourteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Imogene Tullos of Centralia, TX, Mary Beth Courson, of Katy, TX and Audrey Ainsworth of Centralia, TX; sister-in-law, Barbara Edwards, of Friendswood, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Eugene Bone in , 1991; five brothers, Arlin, Edran, Oren, Bennett, and W. L. Edwards; four sisters, Fae Smith, Oletha Warren, Lomadene Raup and Joyce Tullos. Serving as pallbearers will be Jerry Green, Tilton Warren, Rusty Raup, Steve Tullos, Kenneth Horton and Kenneth Ryan. Jack Bone of McGregor,76, passed from this life, , 21, 2009, with his devoted family by his side. services were 10:00 A.M. , 24, 2009, at Cole Chapel, 1113 West Fifth Street, McGregor with David Echols and Pat Richardson officiating. Mr. Bone was born 6, 1933, in South Bosque, Texas, one of four children of the late Melvin and Ruby Virginia (Boling) Bone and attended school in McGregor. On 4, 1950, he married the former Doris Lee Cummings in McGregor. Jack was in the insurance business for over forty years and owned Jack Bone Insurance Agency when he retired in 2007. He was a devoted Christian and a member of the Moody Church of Christ where he was an elder and taught in the Adult School Class. Throughout his life, he enjoyed traveling in his motor home and spending time with his family. Also preceding him in death was a brother, Wayne Bone. Survivors include his beloved wife of fifty-nine years, Doris Bone; a son, Terry Bone and wife Karol of Rockport; two daughters, Brenda Manthei and husband Gary of Hewitt, Lisa Bone of McGregor; a brother, James Bone and wife Ann of McGregor; a sister, Joan Summers and husband Bobby of Corpus Christi; two grandchildren, Hollie Johnson and husband Gerald of McGregor, Lance Dodge and wife Megan of McGregor; ten great grandchildren, Cara Boniface, Malorie Boniface, Ainslie, Bailey, Caleb Lindsey, Kortlyn Dodge, Sadler Bailey, Kaden Dodge, Garron Johnson, Libbie Johnson and Kwest Dodge all of McGregor and aunt, Linnie Dietzman of McGregor and several nieces and nephews. Active casketbearers were Billy Argabright, Lance Dodge, Gerald Johnson, Gary Manthei, Andy Randazzo and Ryan Randazzo. Honorary casketbearer was Al Gilmore.
