Obituary: In Memory of Charles David Blair 8, 1964 - 26, 2012 Charles (Charlie) David Blair, 48 passed away , 26, 2012 at Baylor Carrollton Hospital surrounded by his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his grandparents David and Nancy Blair. Charlie is survived by his wife, Lisa and daughter Shelby. He is also survived by his parents, David and Norma Blair; Grandparents, Dewey and Charity Mears; Sisters, Laura and husband Shane Womack, and Debbie Blair; Aunts and Uncle Danny and Jeanne Butler and Karen Fisher; Nieces, Bailey, Macy, Brooke, Victoria, Presleigh and Stevie-Kate and Cousins, Bryan and Ben Butler. Charlie graduated from Plano East Senior High School in 1983. He was an excellent baseball player and loved all sports, especially the Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys. He was a mans man that loved the outdoors and wouldn come inside unless it was forced upon him. Charlie was baptized at Meadows Baptist church and was a man of strong faith. Charlie was a straight forward guy with a big heart and loved by everyone that knew him. He might have had a stubborn side but he made up for it with his extreme love for life and everyone close to him. He would do anything for anyone. He would give you the shirt off his back and his last dollar, even if he had to borrow it. He would say he never met a stranger and if he did they wouldn be strangers for long. He easily made friends with everyone and made people laugh and smile. Charlie was an adult kid that refused to grow up and we all enjoyed his fun playful side. He always had great stories and about half of them were true. He had so many great friends and they called themselves the Street Light Gang. These were friends for life that he cherished and he valued every single memory made with this group. He was a caring husband, father and friend that would never turn his back on anyone. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Memorial service is scheduled , 29, 2012 at 11:00, Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas with Neal Jeffrey officiating. |

Obituary: Bobbie Jo Blair passed from this life peacefully with her children at her side on , 4, 2016, in Brownwood. She was born at May, TX, on May 22, 1932. She grew up and attended school at May, later marrying her high school sweetheart, Billy L. (Red) Blair, also of May, in 1951. Billys service in the Air Force in Korea, they made their home in Waco in the 50s. In the 60s they ran an equipment rental store together in Austin. In 1969 she and Billy relocated to Burnet to make their livelihood for the next 28 years in farming and ranching. When Bobbie wasn busy tending to things at home with their two children she was at Billys side helping with the day-to-day tasks of running their farm and ranch on several thousand acres leased near Bertram, TX. Bobbie and Billy returned to May in 1997 where they renewed many old friendships and made new ones. Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Edith McMurry, and husband Billy L. Blair of 62 years. She is survived by two children Billy E. Blair of Austin, TX, and Melissa L. Pyeatt of Cedar Park, TX. Surviving grandchildren are Michelle and Michael Ancone, Brenham, TX; Robert Pyeatt, Round Rock, TX; Geoff and Ginny Blair, Marble Falls, TX; Amanda Blair, Burnet, TX, and her fiancé Austin Robbins, Decatur, TX; Ashleigh Blair, Burnet, TX; Lindsey Blair, San Angelo, TX, and her fiancé Garrett Brueggeman, San Antonio, TX; and Kellie and Tucker Pfeil, San Angelo, TX. Surviving great-grandchildren are Avery and Adley Ancone; and Dessirea, Mitzi, and Makayla Blair. Memorial gifts may be sent to Pleasant Valley , Doyle Pittman Treasurer, 105 Jenkins Spring Rd, Early, TX 76802.
