Mrs. Bianchi was a housewife and a member of St. Marys Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Robert A. Bianchi, Sr.; son, Robert A. Bianchi, Jr., and three grandchildren, Robert A. Bianchi, III, Amber Christopher and Braelyn Bianchi all of Victoria. Obituary: Adolph F. Bialek Jr., 61, of Fordtran passed away , 24, 2016. He is survived by wife, Cynthia (Cindy) of 40 years; son, Bubba Bialek (Adolph (III)) his wife, Brittany, and granddaughter, Emily, all of Fordtran; and daughter, Jennifer (Jenny) Bialek of Schertz. Adolph was born in Victoria, Texas on May 18, 1954 to Adolph Sr. and Christine Lewis Bialek. Raised in Mission Valley, Adolph attended Mission Valley Elementary and graduated from Stroman High School in 1972. Growing up, Adolph spent the summers at the family ranch with Aunts Carrie and Ida and Uncle Joe where he enjoyed learning about and raising cattle, dogs, and horses. As a teenager, Adolph also spent summers with Mr. Kloesel who taught him to build trailers. Today, Adolph still uses some of the trailers he built with Mr. Kloesel on the ranch. graduation, Adolph began his career working for the State of Texas as a Meat Inspector in Yoakum, Texas. In the evenings, Adolph rode his horse down the back roads of Yoakum. One night in 1975 while riding, Adolph met his bride Cindy. wed on 26, 1976 in Yoakum, Texas in the familys Catholic Church, St. Josephs. began their life together off the Upper Mission Valley Road starting a trailer business where Adolph manufactured, sold, and serviced trailers; hauled cattle for local ranchers; and ventured into liquid molasses and briefly a feed store. There Adolph made many long lasting friendships and began a new hobby in team roping. He built a little roping arena, and many nights the lights burned for everyone to rope and enjoy themselves. When customers walked into the office, they were greeted by winning champagne bottles, big paper checks, and pictures from casinos. Adolph enjoyed gambling with his friends and made many trips to Louisiana and Las Vegas during the National Rodeo Finals. In 2003, Adolph retired from the trailer business, and he and Cindy moved to the family ranch in Fordtran. There they built a small herd of crossbred cattle, and Adolph enjoyed feeding and growing cattle; trading large equipment; and improving the ranch. Visitors were always welcomed to the ranch, and hed show you around in his Kubota, listening to his favorite singers such as Keith Whitley, George Strait, or Alan Jackson. When you walked into the house, it was not uncommon to find the TV on the RFDTV channel listening to the ag reports or watching cattle sales, or seeing him surf the net on Craigslist. During this time on the ranch, he and Cindy started traveling. enjoyed their time together traveling to see family and visiting places involved in agriculture. It seemed everywhere traveling, Adolph always knew someone or knew of a mutual person; if they didn know each other, they soon became a friend and were put into the phone contacts. Now Adolph is riding his last trip with the Lord to eternal peace. Adolph is preceded in death by his parents, Adolph (Sr.) and Christine Bialek and brother, Frank Bialek. Adolphs cowboy escorts are: Gaymond Carroll, Tommy Gutierrez, Gabe Korzekwa, Bart Goebel, Mark Sievers, Clay Ohrt, Garret Ohrt, and Gary Shaefer. Honorary cowboys are: Chris Janssen, Bill Beldin, Scooter Sain, Randy Burks, Dr. Chelif Junor, Alton Ross, Howard Ross, John Smith, Keith Corporon and Dennis Willemin. Special thanks to Randy and Rosemary Burks, Ron Hermann, Larry Green, Kurt Miori, Lisa Cano, Elaine Wyatt, Margaret Morgan, and Janice Shiwnath-De Souza. Obituary: Elenora Frances (Sitta) Bialas, 93, currently of Allen, Texas and formerly of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away on 20, 2015 at Victoria Gardens in Allen, Texas. She was born on 16, 1921 in Needville, Texas to Rudolph and Frances Sitta. Her former hobbies included gardening, sewing and doing handy work. She was also an avid reader. Elenora will truly be missed. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Bialas; her parents; and her siblings, Milady Sitta McDonald, Ruth Sitta Boyer and Alfonse Sitta.
