Obituary: Tamara Jane Beaver passed into the arms of our Lord on 3, 2014 at the age of 48 after battling ovarian cancer for 2 years. Tammy was born in Amarillo, Texas on 22, 1965 to Tommy and Ruby Beaver. Tammy graduated from Sam Houston High school in 1983 where she was a member of the varsity tennis team. She retired from CPS Energy after 21 years continuing to work at Subway part time. Tammy began attending Baptist Temple Church in 1966 and for over 25 years worked in the churchs nursery and also as a childrens camp counselor. She coordinated many of the childrens activities and participated in numerous mission trips with the church. Even though she spent much of her time serving the church she still attended all of her nieces and nephews sporting events, recitals and activities. could always depend on Aunt Tammy for an elaborately decorated themed birthday cake each year. Tammy was preceded in death by her father Tommy Beaver Sr. Survivers include her mother Ruby, sister Cheryl Yarbrough, twin sister Terry Lazenby (Robert), brother Tommy Beaver Jr. (Gail) and nieces and nephews Kayla and Morgan Yarbrough; Payton, Brayden and Kierstin Lazenby; Tommy III Treyand Trent Beaver. Tammy is also survived by numerous aunts, cousins and friends. Visitation will take place 8, 2014 at Sunset from 4:30 pm to 7:00pm. Services will begin at 12:00pm 9, 2014 at Baptist Temple Church 901 Drexel Avenue San Antonio, Texas 78210 with a graveside service to take place at Glenwood in Beeville at 3:00pm. |

Obituary: Stephanie Suzanne Beaver, 51, of Cape Carancahua passed away 1, 2015. She was born 10, 1963 in Port Lavaca to Wayne See and the late Linda Mullins Beard. She was a teacher for 2 years in Bruni and 27 years with CCISD and was a member of First Baptist Church in Port Lavaca. She is survived by her husband, Donald Beaver; daughters, Cheyenne (Miranda) Beaver, Andrea Beaver; son, Dylan Beaver; father and step-mother, Wayne and Paula See; grandson, Zacharee Punkin Beaver-Taylor; her faithful companion Casper; sister, Michelle Wood and brother, Mark (Enedelia) See. She was preceded in death by her mother. Visitation will be held , 3, 2015 from 5-7 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Port Lavaca. Services will be held , 4, 2015 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Pastor Adam Lazarine officiating. Burial will follow in Seadrift . Obituary: A memorial service for Mildred Reese Beaver, 91, of Lufkin, will be held at 1:00 p.m. , 12, 2016 in the Henderson Chapel in the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Jerome Brimmage and Rev. Steven W. Fieldcamp officiating. There will be a reception at the church following the service. Mrs. Beaver was born 28, 1924 in Palestine, Texas, to the late Bennie Jordan Reese and Wilma Doris Butler Reese. She passed away on , 7, 2016. Survivors include her husband, Bill Beaver of Lufkin; daughter, Susan Beaver Cardwell and son-in-law, Horace M. Cardwell, III (Trey) of Lufkin; daughter, Pam Beaver Fieldcamp and son-in-law, Steven W. Fieldcamp of Liberty Hill, Texas; grandchildren, Susan Elizabeth Fieldcamp, Stefanie Jordan Fieldcamp, and Catherine Fieldcamp Bowen and her husband, Martin C. Bowen (Marty); great-grandchildren, Lilah Blaine Bowen, Rhett Fieldcamp Bowen, and Martin Coleman Bowen, III; and brother, James A. Reese and his wife Carol of Wortham, Texas. Mildred lived in Elkhart, Texas the first 5 years of her life. Her family moved to Wortham, Texas in 1931 and she graduated from Wortham High School in 1940. She attended Southwest Texas State University and graduated from Sam Houston Teacher in 1944 with a B.A. degree in accounting. graduation she worked for Humble Oil Co. in Houston, Texas and then went to New York City where she worked for a chemical company during the latter part of World War II. She married William W. Beaver from Mexia, Texas in Portland, Oregon on May 22, 1945. resided in Mexia, Texas for 17 years. There she was active in many organizations and church activities. The family moved to Lufkin, Texas in 1962 where she and her husband became very active in the Lufkin community while he opened the new Lufkin State School. She was President of the Lufkin Rotary Anns, President of the Historical and Literary Society, and a volunteer at the Lufkin State School and Memorial Hospital. She had many hobbies: dancing, clogging, bridge, golfing, tennis, painting, cooking and entertaining, traveling, and enjoying friends and family. She was also a lifelong member of the Methodist Church. We would like to thank the staffs at PineCrest Retirement Community and Hospice in the Pines for their care and support of our family.
