Obituary: SallyAnn Bieber, 67, of Alsace Township, passed away on , 16, 2015, in Manor , Laureldale. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late William P. and Ruth L. (Heckman) Birney. Sally was a 1965 graduate of Oley Valley High School and graduated from Pace Institute, Reading, with a 4.0 GPA. She was employed from 1983 until 1997 with the former Meridian Bank, Reading. She was a member of Zion-Spies Evangelical Reformed Church, Alsace Township. Sally was also an active volunteer with the Oley Valley Fair Association and served as their Assistant Recording Secretary for many years. Sally is survived by her daughter, Stacey B., wife of Christopher Cleaveland; and her son, Danny A. Bieber, and his wife, Jennifer, all of Alsace Township. Also surviving are her sisters, Kathleen, widow of Michael Notarfrancesco of Philadelphia, and Debra J., wife of William Guthier of Temple. She is also survived by her brother, William P. Birney III of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by her precious grandchildren, whose sporting and motorcycle drag racing events she so enjoyed attending: Alexander and Megan Bieber and Michael and Ian Cleaveland. Sally was predeceased by her former husband, Arlan Bieber. Services will be held at Auman's, Inc. , 390 West Neversink Road, Reading (Exeter Township) on , 20, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Spies-Zion , Alsace Township. Friends and family may view on from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and again from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. |
