Obituary: Graveside services for Donna Jean Bush will be held on , 23rd, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Old South Bunch in Bunch, OK with Pastor Kyle Clark officiating. Visitation will be held on , 22nd, 2015 from noon until 6:00 PM at Reed-Culver Chapel. Online condolences for her family may be sent to www.reedculver.com. Pallbearers include James St. Pierre II, Joe Bush, Jason Bush, Logan Bush, Mason Bush, and Jerry Bush. Her honorary pallbearers include Chris Bush, Warren Goodrich, and Kenny Sanders. Donna Jean Bush was born on 21st, 1969 in Tahlequah, OK, the daughter of Jerry Bush and Jennie Clinton. Upon graduating from school, Donna, or Sister to her family and friends, raised her son, James and her daughter Jamie. She worked as a church secretary at the First United Methodist Church of Cookson, OK. Donna loved people. She worked at Cherokee Nation Human Resources for 20 years, doing what she could to help people in need of assistance. She was a loving friend and co-worker. She always had a smile on her face. She loved to spend her spare time caring for her two grandchildren, Cullen and Jayci, they were the joy of her life. She loved taking the children to the creek, and setting up a complete cook out! She enjoyed sports of all kinds and watched whenever she got the chance. She was content with a beautiful day, family and a chance to share some conversation. Donna passed from this life on 19th, 2015 in Welling, OK. She was 46 years old. She will be greatly missed for all the love she gave. Donna is preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Thomas Bush Jr., her grandparents, Joe and Bessie Christie and Tom and Margaret Bush. Those left to cherish her memory include her adored children, James Henry St. Pierre II and wife Kristin Kullean Bryant of Cookson, OK, and Jamie Madison St. Pierre also of Cookson, OK. She leaves one brother, Joe Bush and wife Lisa of Tahlequah, OK. She lives on in her two beloved grandchildren, Cullen St. Pierre of Cookson, OK and Jayci St. Pierre of Moodys, OK, as well as many cousins, and a host of friends and loved ones. |

Obituary: Antoinette Toni Camille Swinney Bush blessed this earth and her parents Lester Swinney Sr. and Carrie Ford Swinney on 15th, 1945 in St. Louis, Mo. Her light was extinguished and our hearts were broken on 2nd, 2014. Toni grew up in both in St. Louis, Mo and Duarte, Ca. She enjoyed life in vast and varying places through her adult years. Later moving to Texas to continue to build her family and raise her children. When she thought she could have no greater joy and pride than in her children and the adults they had become she was proven wrong with the beginning of a new generation; grandchildren. She eventually moved to Oklahoma to be with 2 of her children as well as some of her grandchildren, whose numbers continued to grow. Throughout the years she was involved in a variety of hobbies and past times; including civil rights, community action, and community service. Most important were her family, friends, church and the Lord. She was a devoted Christian who never missed the opportunity to spend time with the Lord, nor share Him with others, as well as read her scripture and daily bread. She was a loving, kind and thoughtful woman who thoroughly loved many and whom many loved and will deeply miss. Her church home at passing was Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church in Oklahoma City; she was a member of Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church under Pastor Dwight Callier while in Texas. Toni was proceeded in death by: her father, Lester Swinney Sr. in 1946; eldest son, Charles Jones-Bush in 2000; and only sibling/brother, Lester Swinney Jr. in 2005. She leaves to cherish her memories and spirit: Daughter, Charletia Pettis and spouse Christopher Pettis of Arizona; Son, Cresendo Bush and spouse Lisa Bush of Texas; Son, Carl Bo Bush and spouse J. Bush of Oklahoma; and Daughter, Cresenda Sugar Griffin and spouse Terry Griffin of Oklahoma; as well as 14 grandchildren, numerous step-grandchildren, adopted children and grandchildren. Not to mention a multitude of friends and an abundant church family. |
