She was born on 5, 1923 in Miami , Ohio, to the late Clarence Emery & Bonnie Carolyn (Westfall) Roeth. Wanda is survived by her son, Ronald Lee Benning of Versailles; grandchildren, Melody & Roger Dawson Jr. of Jamestown, Ohio, Randy & Janet Benning of Xenia, Ohio, and Michelle Willis of Xenia, Ohio; great grandchildren, Roger Trey (Lauren) Dawson III, Jessie Dawson, Lindsay Willis, Nicholas Willis, Danielle Wilder, Codey Benning, Chloe Benning and Conner Benning; great great grandchild, Dakoda Benning; as well as a brother in law, sister in law and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Herman F. Benning. Wanda was a homemaker and a member of Beamsville Christian Church. There will be a service held on , May 14, 2015 at 10:30 AM at Zechar Bailey , Greenville, Ohio, with Pastor Steve Short officiating. Burial will follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio. Family will receive friends on , May 13, 2015 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers it is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions be given to the Beamsville Christian Church or American Heart Association. Obituary: Samuel Lee Benning, age 84, of Alliance, passed away at 9:35 p.m., , 30, 2014, at Woodlands at Ravenna. He was born May 8, 1930, in Alliance, Ohio, to Samuel L. Benning Jr. and Viola (Herring) Benning. Samuel attended Alliance Public Schools and retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation. He was a past member of the Eagles Club No. 2174 and Moose Club of Alliance. Samuel was a colonel in the Alliance Police Reserves, former volunteer fireman in Lexington Township and also volunteered at Alliance Community Hospital. He was also an avid sports fan. He was a member of Feed My Sheep Ministries, and liked watching COPS on T.V. Survivors include his children, Samuel L. (Renee) Benning III of Minerva, Richard A. (Teresa) Benning of Alliance, Glenna Benning of Alliance, Jack E. (Andrea) Benning of Ravenna and Tina (Brian) Wimer of Carrollton; eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Ramona Strause and Jeannie Perkins. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Howard Benning. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m., , 10, 2014, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian . Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. prior to the service. Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park. (Katterhenry) Kuck. Ella is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Jeffrey & Jeannie Heffner of Hilliard, Ohio; daughters & son-in-law, Diana L. McDonald & Bill Harrolle of Olney, Illinois and Erin & Dale Meyer of Versailles, Ohio; step-children, William E. & Rhonda Heffner III of Dublin, Ohio, Gary & Jenny Heffner of St. Marys, Ohio, Terry & Linda Heffner of Jacksonville, Arkansas and Cathy & John Taylor of Norway, Michigan; 24 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brother & sister-in-law, Robert & Cindy Kuck of Celina, Ohio; sister-in-law, Jean Kuck of California; and 7 nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ella was also preceded in death by her husband, William E. Heffner Jr.; and brother, Kenneth K. Kuck. Ella was a registered nurse at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys from 1960 to 1991. Ella attended the Covington Presbyterian Church in Covington, Ohio. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on , 12, 2014 at Covington Presbyterian Church 30 North Pearl Street Covington with Pastor Greg Kurtz and Rev. Charles McDonald officiating.
