Obituary: Lee Bouknight, Jr. “Beloved Husband, Father, & Grandfather” Waynesville, NC – Lee Bouknight, Jr., age 80, passed away , 15, 2014. He was born in Edgefield, SC on 10, 1934. He honorably served his country in the US Army. He was on the Selective Service Board, the Town of Waynesville Planning Board, and member of the Lion’s Club. He retired from the US Postal service following many years of service. He was a chef at a number of local restaurants and clubs in Haywood and an employee of the ABC store in Waynesville. He was a member and Trustee of Mount Olive Baptist Church and later attended Jones Temple AME Zion. He is preceded in death by, parents, Lee and Minnie Bouknight, Sr.; son, Julius Dalton; and daughter, Florine Thomas. Survivors include, his loving wife Lorine Bouknight; daughter, Patricia Bouknight-Hamilton and husband James; sons, James Howard and his wife Amy and Henry Dalton and his wife Eleanor; and a host of adoring grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM evening at Garrett . services will be held at 11 AM , 22, 2014 at Jones Temple AME Zion Church. Obituary: Donald Joel Boughman, 75, of Lenoir, went home to be with his Lord on , 21, 2015 at Caldwell Hospice in Hudson. Donald was born in Caldwell to the late Garland Boughman and Ruth Nelson Booughman. He was, a Supervisor at Hammary Furniture, proud veteran of the United States Army and a member of Union Grove Baptist Church. He loved golf, bowling and baseball, and he adored all his children and grandchildren. He was loved by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Dan Boughman and David Boughman, three sisters Louise Greer, Lois Parrish, and Loy Hendrix. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 53 years, Brenda Miller Boughman of the home; his daughters, Belinda Watson and husband Mark of Granite Falls, and Greta Lail and husband Bill of; Rutherford , his two sisters Lillian Sheets of Lenoir, and Loretta Storie of Hudson, his grandchildren, Kayla Bivens, Matthew Watson, Dawson Watson and Joel and Joey White and his beloved dog Boscoe. Services will be held , 24, 2015 at Union Grove Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Sam Craven, Reverend Jeff Lambert, and Mr. Tony Greer officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from1:30 until 3:00 p.m. at the church. Obituary: Reverend Daniel Joey Boughman, Sr. went home to be with his Lord on 10, 2011 at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative in Hudson, NC. Reverend Boughman was born in Caldwell on 29, 1939 to the late Garland Hardin and Ruth Elizabeth Nelson Boughman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Louise Greer and Lois Parrish. He served his country in the United States Army and was a faithful member of the Full Gospel Pentecostal Church of God for forty-two years. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Marilyn Hodge Boughman of the home; a son, Daniel Joey Boughman, Jr. and wife Tammy of Lenoir, NC; three daughters, Deborah Yelton and husband Timothy of Taylorsville, NC, Kristal Turnmire and husband, Scott of Lenoir, NC, Kelly Spann and husband, Harley of Valdese, NC; two brothers, Donald Joel Boughman and wife, Brenda, David Boughman and wife Jackie; three sisters, Loretta Storie and husband, Richard, Lillian Sheets, Donna Hendrix and husband, Richard; and six grandchildren and five great grandchildren, that he loved dearly. A funeral service for Reverend Boughman will be held , 14, 2011 at 11:00 am at Whitnel Pentecostal Holiness Church with Elder Robert Hayes and Reverend Keith Gilliam officiating. Interment will follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Lenoir, NC. The family will receive friends, , 13, 2011 at Pendrys from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Serving as pallbearers will be Richard Dishman, Mark Braswell, Michael Sheets, Donnie Sheets, Michael Teague, Joe Thomas, Earl Presnell and Brett Storie. Obituary: Olivia Jean Boudreau Farrell Olivia Jean Boudreau Farrell, 68, born 12/18/46, lovingly known as "Livy" to family and longtime friends, passed away unexpectedly on , May 25, 2015 in Clearwater at her father's home. Olivia was born in Tampa, FL and raised in Clearwater. She was a graduate of Florida State University and taught in elementary education in the early years of her marriage. She later chose to be a full-time homemaker and mother to raise her two children whom she loved unconditionally. She was a current resident in Hendersonville, NC where she loved the beauty of the mountains and the slower pace of life. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, reading, volunteer work, spending time with her friends, and was actively involved at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She would often visit Clearwater for extended periods of time to care for her father and be with her children and family. She regularly attended St. Catherine's of Sienna Catholic Church in Clearwater. Her faith was very important to her and her life was a testimony of what she believed. Olivia is predeceased by her mother, Elecia Boudreau, and is forever in the hearts of her family: daughter, Jennifer; son, Christopher; granddaughter, Madison Harrell; father, Talbot C.
