Obituary: Mr. Carl M. Barefoot, 77, of Supply died 22, 2015. Mr. Barefoot was born in Whiteville, N.C. on 27, 1938 and was the son of the late Woodrow Evans Barefoot and Lillie Rabon Barefoot. Mr. Barefoot was a member of Supply Baptist Church and a founding member and former chief of many years of the Supply Volunteer Fire Department. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from Sunny Point. He was a skilled wood craftsman and avid fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Dewell Mackie Barefoot; two daughters, Carla Barefoot Shipman and husband Matt of Supply, Robin Barefoot Price and fiancé Danny Hayes of Supply; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Coleman and husband Neal, Carl Etheridge, John Shipman, and Shannon Shipman; great-grandchild, Stanley Coleman; two very special friends and daughters by heart, Debbie Jenrette and family, and Anita Barefoot; several special cousins and friends; and his church family. services will be held 25, 2015 at 2 p.m. at White Service Chapel 603 Ocean Hwy. Supply, the Reverend Bill McNeil officiating. Burial will follow in the Chapel Hill cemetery Shallotte with firemans honors. Obituary: Ann Nolen Barefoot died on 27, 2015 surrounded by family. She was born on 16, 1924 in Terre Haute, Indiana, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Nolen. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Stanley Orin Barefoot. Also surviving are her sons Steve (Gayle) of Tampa, FL, Tom (Victoria) of Annapolis, MD, and Trace (Annette) of Raleigh and her grandchildren Elizabeth, Nolen, and Nicholas Barefoot and beloved niece and nephews. A celebration of her life will be held at Raleigh Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 7501 Glenwood Ave., at 2pm on 10, 2016.
