▰ Francisco C Bularan

Died June 07, … More Information
Francisco C Bularan, born May 11, 1945 entered Heaven's gates on June 7, 2010 in San Diego, California. Francisco was 65. Tags: #Francisco #Philippines #Protacio #Agripina #Natividad #Margarita #Danilo #During #Honor #Lady #Guadalupe #Josefina #Montalban #Franciscos #Lester #Watching #Effect #Next
Obituary: Give me a problem and Ill hand you a solution. Those who knew Mr. Francisco C. Bularan would agree that motto accurately described him. Francisco was a man of great drive and a very original, independent thinker. For Francisco, no challenge was impossible, and just about any desired result was within his grasp. Francisco placed great trust in his intuition. Since that intuition generally led him in the right direction, who was he to doubt it.

Francisco was born on May 11, 1945 at home in the Philippines. He was the son of Protacio Bularan and Agripina Bularan. His childhood found him in the Philippines where he matured into the independent person he eventually became.

Francisco grew up with two sisters and one brother. He had his sisters, Natividad and Margarita and his brother Danilo. Francisco could be seen as being stubborn by his siblings. It was important to him that he was perceived as ight when it came to his part in those typical family spats. However, this quality did not over power his caring for his family. This ability to balance his family, with his need to be seen as right, helped him to develop into a young adult while enjoying many good times with his family.

During his grade school years, Francisco was a very focused and serious student who actually enjoyed the challenge of many classroom problems. He was determined to succeed, and he drew upon his gifts of trust and perseverance to provide him with a competitive edge. While his first love might have been academics, Francisco also enjoyed taking part in basketball. Francisco delighted in projects that required planning, critical thinking and resolution. Franciscos memorable achievements included being an Honor Student.

During high school, Francisco was relentless in his pursuit of learning, especially in those subject areas that really grabbed hold of his interests. It wasn that he didn put forth his best efforts in all classes, but if a subject really interested him, he would eagerly put forth extra effort to learn all he could. Francisco graduated from Our Lady of Guadalupe in 1958. His favorite class in high school was math. He earned a mathematical award.

On 21, 1977, Francisco exchanged wedding vows with Josefina Verzosa at Montalban Church in the Philippines. Josefinas sensitivity to Franciscos needs proved to be a wonderful influence on this man, who preferred to live in his gut. Josefinas influence brought Francisco to a new emotional level, one that eventually enhanced all of his other gifts and abilities. Josefina was able to help Francisco appreciate the fact that others made contributions and Francisco became better at interacting with those around him. Because of this, Francisco grew as a person.

Francisco often neglected his own feelings in order to give to others. This was very true when it came to how he dealt with his child. He had one son named Lester. He was able to hand on to him a number of strong values. He taught him to appreciate his abilities, and gave him a desire to persevere despite obstacles and set within him a drive to succeed. He was always aware of how much Francisco loved him.

During Franciscos professional working years, he was at his best when working independently. It became the hallmark of his performance. Francisco was generally able to refocus his drive and determination and readily work toward finding a way to get things done in ways that were beneficial to himself and his co-workers. He was employed for 23 years as a program specialist .

For Francisco, his outside interests and hobbies became another exercise in learning and mastering areas that interested him. He greatly enjoyed unraveling the "hows" and "whys" that lay behind his hobbies. Francisco was always pushing himself to learn more and to stretch his knowledge base even further. He firmly believed that the more things that he knew the more control he would have over things. His favorite pursuits were bowling and gardening.

Watching his favorite sporting events by himself was never a problem for Francisco. It allowed him to indulge in his own individual interpretation of the event. It was not uncommon for Francisco to know what the right play or move should have been, and he would vocally address these feelings even if there was no one around to hear them. And if there were others around, he would still state his feelings and gladly debate anyone on their opposing views. In high school, Francisco was a swimmer. In his college years, Francisco continued to stay active by playing basketball. His favorite recreational sports included bowling and swimming. He enjoyed following his favorite sporting events. Tops on his list were basketball and football.

Due to Franciscos loyalty and passion for following things through to their conclusion, he found that he was a definite asset to many organizations. Once he was firmly behind a common goal, Franciscos skills became an integral part of the planning process and the success of any project. In high school, Francisco was a member of a religious group. In college, Francisco joined the basketball club. Throughout his later years, Francisco was an active member of a bowling club. Franciscos contributions were valued as being the structure person of each individual organization.

Francisco placed his interests whole heartedly behind any project he took on. The engineer part of his personality pushed him to find out as much information as he could, to understand the practicality in a given situation. This was something that influenced his involvement in work, pleasure and volunteer activities. Francisco was involved in serving on committees for the religious group.

Franciscos faith allowed him to better appreciate the gifts and opinions of others. This deepening aspect of his life helped him to accept his own feelings to a greater degree. He was a member continued...

▰ Asuncion P Bulaon

Died October 23, … More Information
Asuncion P Bulaon, born August 15, 1928 entered Heaven's gates on October 23, 2016 in California. Asuncion was 88. Tags: #Teodoro #Victoria #Quezon #Asuncion #This #Siblings #Brothers #Sisters #Because #Business #Rorie #Ligaya #Ludy #Jessica #Jason #Jenelle #Teller #Cinnamon #Lucky #Lhasa #Even #Francisco #Wells #Bank #Vista #Glen #Chapel #Roses #During
Obituary: Anything is possible. That is what Asuncion P. Bulaon believed about life. She was a creative woman, a perpetual inventor, who seemed to be able to find a solution for any difficulty confronting her. She had faith in her ability to find those solutions. Asuncion thoroughly enjoyed understanding how things worked. She possessed an inquisitive, confident, and rational nature matched with a versatile and agile mind. Asuncion was a person who believed that she could achieve whatever she set out to do.

Her parents were Teodoro Bulaon, Victoria Policarpio. Asuncion was raised in Quezon City. She showed her ingenuity even as a child. When she was confronted with a problem, Asuncion could develop an imaginative solution, and she derived satisfaction from knowing she had that ability.

This same talent for finding solutions had a positive bearing on Asuncion's family relationships. Asuncion was raised with 10 Siblings. She had 5 Brothers and 4 Sisters. When a difficult situation or dilemma arose within the family, Asuncion was always there to help figure out a solution for making things work.

Because she was a quick thinker and adept at picking up on new things, Asuncion performed well in college. She was always on a quest for knowledge and she relished the experience. Theories intrigued her, and she was good at solving complex problems. She always wanted to understand rather than judge. She earned her Business Administration.

Asuncion was socially resourceful, an expressive person who was willing to try new things. These qualities drew a lively circle of friends around her. Always interested in her friends activities and interests, Asuncion was uncritical of her acquaintances. She was sought after by people who recognized that she was generous with her time and energy, and these same friends found Asuncion to be very stimulating company. Asuncion's humor and curiosity were contagious for those around her. Later in life, she became friends with Rorie Rebortira, Ligaya Duran, and Ludy Angeles.

Asuncion's remarkable talent for being inventive influenced her relationship with her children. She would create original, clever and fun games for her kids and had a knack for finding ways to make everyday events, even chores, enjoyable to them. Asuncion was blessed with one child, Jessica Julia (JJ). were also blessed with 2 grandchildren, Jason and Jenelle. Someone who was quick to laugh, Asuncion found it easy to spend lots of time with child, but she was never overbearing or guilty of pushing herself on them.

As a born inventor, Asuncion was definitely in her element in her work place. She could easily create new and innovative systems, and incorporate those changes to bring a fresh approach to any work situation. Asuncion was a focused worker with a strong drive for achievement. She could assess all of the options before her and, using her analytical skills, could comfortably find answers that no one else had even considered. Her personal initiative inspired those around her. Asuncion was always good at getting a project started and then, at the appropriate time, handing it on to a colleague. Her primary occupation was a Teller. Asuncion always made an effort to be a team player, doing what needed was necessary in order to get the job done.

Asuncion's passion for finding a better way to do things was often an end in itself for her. In fact, that interest by itself became something of a hobby for this perpetual problem solver. Since Asuncion was always searching for new and unusual activities, she developed many interests and leisure pursuits. Some of the things she became an expert in might come as a surprise to those who knew her, but most friends and family understood that Asuncion simply couldn be limited to just a few activities or ideas. Her favorite pursuits were dancing, singing, casino, and mahjong.

Asuncion was a lover of animals and cherished her pets. One of Asuncion's favorites was Cinnamon, a chihuahua and Lucky, a Lhasa apso. were best friends for 14 yrs.

Even while in retirement, Asuncion never stopped exercising her inventive talents, and this new phase of her life provided new opportunities for stimulating her interests. In 1987, she retired in San Francisco at Wells Fargo Bank. Even in retirement, Asuncion continued to stay in touch with her old friends and while making plenty of new acquaintances. She was active in the community and felt fulfilled.

Asuncion passed away on 23, 2016 at Reo Vista care . She is survived by Jessica, daughter, Jason and Jenelle, granchildren. Services were held at Glen Abbey, The Chapel of Roses.

During her lifetime, nothing appeared impossible to Asuncion. She met the words it can be done with the enthusiastic challenge of a wanna bet attitude. Asuncion was able to recognize the possibilities a new idea held, even when those around her could not. For Asuncion, the traditional way of doing things fell short of her expectations, especially if there were original and untested methods for handling a challenge. For Asuncion P. Bulaon, the fun of living her life could be found in the challenge.
