Obituary: services for Lila Dale Barnes 87 are set for 11:00 A.M. at Theo Holiness Church with Bro. Ronald Wilbanks, Bro. Harold Dixon, and Bro. Billy Vess officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Memorial Park. Sis. Barnes died 28, 2014 at her residence. She was born 28, 1927 in Alcorn Co. to the late Jim and Emma Stuart. She was a Christian wife, mother and homemaker most of her life. She loved working diligently in the work of the Lord with her husband Bro. Rufus Barnes, they pastored Theo Holiness Church for over 40 years. She enjoyed working in the yard and had the most beautiful flowers in the neighborhood. This was her hobby and she was so good at keeping her flowers and home looking their very best. She loved her family and also her church family with all her heart and was the best cook around. She was preceded in death by her husband Bro. Rufus Barnes, daughter Patricia Jones, parents, brother and sisters Nolan Stuart, Oscar Short Stuart, Reuben Stuart, Elysie S. Gant, Marie S. Gant, Audrey S. Mincy, Artie S. Mills. She is survived by one daughter, Janet Roach and husband Danny of Corinth; one son-in-law, Charles Jones of Corinth; six grandchildren, Becky Jones McClamroch and husband Clint, Eddy Jones and wife Jamie, Scott Roach and wife Sherry, Jeramie Roach and wife Mechelle, Dana Roach Peters and husband Kevin, Brad Roach and wife Beth; thirteen great-grandchildren, Eric Rinehart, Riley Roach, Ashley McClamroch Howell and husband Hank, Austin McClamroch, Anna Roach, Alyson Roach, Dawson Roach, Adam McClamroch, Colby Roach, Katelin Peters, Kaden Peters, Daniel Roach, Carly Roach; one great-great-grandchild, Aiden Thomas Howell. Eddy Jones, Scott Roach, Jeramie Roach, Brad Roach, , Riley Roach, Clint McClamroch, Austin McClamroch will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time on at the Theo Holiness Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Theo Holiness Church building fund. P.O. box 2475 Corinth, MS. 38835.
