Obituary: HOLYOKE Anna L. (Donohue) Bowler, age 88, of Holyoke, passed away on 17, 2014 at Loomis House in Holyoke. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Michael and Bridget (Healy) Donohue and was a 1944 graduate of the former Sacred Heart High School. Anna was a retired twenty-five year Branch Manager at Bank Highland Branch in Holyoke, and was a member of the Saint Agnes Guild. Anna was a former communicant of Holy Family Parish in Holyoke. She was the widow of James P. Bowler who died on 19, 1981. She is survived by two sons: Kevin Bowler and his wife Paula of Mashpee, and Michael Bowler of Oakland CA, four grandchildren: Bridget Perry and her husband Rich, Kathleen Moore and her husband Jason, Elizabeth Bowler, and John Bowler, a great-granddaughter Margaret Moore, several nieces and nephews, including Jody McNally, Barbara Begley and her husband Mike Rudloff, and the extended McNally family. Anna was predeceased by a sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Maurice McNally, a niece Bridget Grenier and a nephew Tom McNally. The funeral will be held morning from the Barry J. Farrell , 2049 Northampton Street, followed by a Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary . Alexander was born on 20, 1985 in Leominster, Massachusetts.
 Alex enjoyed many things, including anything outdoors, activities with his family, spending time with his wife and children, woodworking with his father, traveling, and he absolutely loved the beach. Alex was a hard worker and was a licensed real estate agent, and was very multi-talented. He was a hard working man, and had the ability to put a smile on anybodys face. He absolutely adored cars, and acquiring nice things, and music was a big part of his life. He loved his wife, children and family more than anything else in the world and would have given somebody the shirt off his back. Alex was loved by so many people and will be missed greatly. 
Alexander is survived by his wife, Sara (Hawkins) Bowler, his father, John Jack Bowler; three daughters, Alexis Bowler, Arianna Bowler, and Brennavette Bowler, and a step daughter Olivia. One brother, William Bowler and his wife Melinda of Athol; two sisters, Bridgette Nolette of Townsend, MA, and Morgan Bastarache of VA. He also leaves behind his biological mother Alicia Bastarache of Florida; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Obituary: On the morning of May 16th, Ronald A. Bowlby passed away at the age of 88. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jeannette (Steele) Bowlby and their 4 sons; Stephen P. (Kathleen) of New Braunfels, TX, Michael R. (Leslie) of Springfield, VA, Edward J. (Karina) of Burbank, CA and David E. of Waltham; his twin brother, Richard, of Quincy; his sister-in-law, Mary Jane, of Waltham; his grandchildren, Dawn Smith (Clifton), Stacy, Lauren, Kailia, Edenne and Jaelen. He was predeceased by brothers, Robert and Raymond and granddaughter, Jodie and his parents, Earl and Elizabeth. Ron served in the Air Force during the Korean War, stationed in Germany as a medical Technician. Retiring from Polaroid after 30 years, he then volunteered in the Stanley Elementary School for 14 years. Per Rons wishes, there will be no funeral services, but prayers would be appreciated, as would donations in his name to the American Cancer Society, 3 Speen St., Suite 250, Framingham, MA 01701 or the Alzheimers Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452. |

Obituary: David R. Bowlby, 28, died unexpectedly 17. Born in Boston, he was raised and educated in Sharon and attended Sharon Schools. He was a resident of Stoughton since 2003. He worked as a landscaper for Greenfields Landscaping in Sharon for several years. He was a lover of all sports, especially basketball and football and also enjoyed playing Magic-the Gathering and reading. Above all, he loved spending time with his children, family and cousins. He is survived by his parents, John M. and Cynthia (Katzman) Bowlby of Stoughton. He was the Loving Partner and Father of her children of Ashley Shine of Canton and was the father of John B. and Emily A. Bowlby of Canton. He was the brother of Sarah (Bowlby) Jallow and her husband Dean of England and the grandson of Florence Bowlby of MI and the late James Bowlby MD and Mary and Sydney Katzman O.D. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley , 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on from 9-11 AM followed by a Service at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Dry Pond , Stoughton. Family requests that no flowers will be accepted. Obituary: Calvin H. Bowker, Jr., 52, of Stoneham, passed away peacefully at his brothers home on 18th. He was born in Winchester on 18, 1962 the son of Elizabeth Louise Bowker and Calvin Henry Bowker, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Bowker of Winchester; brother George Bowker and his wife Kim of Southborough, MA; brother Andrew Bowker and his wife Jacqueline of W. Chicago, IL; sister Kathryn Bowker Haber and her husband Mark of Denver, CO; half sister Julia Bowker of Cambridge, MA. Also, 13 nieces and nephews: Brad and Adam Whitman; Lauren, Brittany and Nick Bowker; Drew, Nicole and Clea Bowker; Rachel, Tess, Harry, Luke and Jake Haber. Calvin is predeceased by his father, Calvin H. Bowker, Sr. and sister, Deborah Bowker Whitman. Calvin grew up in Winchester and graduated from Winchester High School in 1980. He was the co-owner of Ruggles and Bowker Sports in Winchester for almost a decade. Calvin worked for many years as an Account Manager at Lightbridge and most recently as a Manager of Account Services at Genesys. He will be dearly missed by his colleagues. Calvin will be remembered as a kind and generous man with a deep love and dedication for his family and friends. He always enjoyed sharing a nice meal and glass of wine with those closest to him. Calvin was an avid sports fan, the Red Sox being his particular favorite. He was well known for his prompt arrival and departure, quick wit and great sense of humor.
