Obituary: Anna Mae Brown, 92, of Charleston, AR died 16, 2015 in Charleston. She was born 27, 1922 in St. Albans, West Virginia to Floyd Dennison and Willie Meadows Dennison. She was a Past Worthy Matron of OES, Youth Leader in her church and of the Methodist faith. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother who loved animals and doing for other people. She also enjoyed running her knitting & gift shop business. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Patrick Henry Brown, Jr., one son Michael and two brothers William and Edward Dennison. Her body will be Cremated under the direction of Smith Mortuary of Charleston, AR. Memorial service and burial to be scheduled at a later date in Clearwater, Florida. She is survived by one daughter Susan Strobel and husband John of Charleston, AR, one daughter-in-law Jacquie Brown of Townville, SC and one son Patrick Pat H. Brown III and wife Billie Gail, of Charleston, WV, two sisters Mildred Roberts and husband Arlen and Marie Register and husband Charles, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Obituary: Ann “Kit” Peterson Brown , age 80, of Maumelle passed away on , 10th . She was of the Baptist Faith. Born in Hyde Park, MA to parents Clifford Earle Peterson and Sadie MacAskill Peterson , she was preceded in death by her parents , her brothers and sisters Earle, Doris, Lois, Thelma and Neil along with her mother-in-law, Mava Brown. Left to celebrate her life is the love of her life for 24 years, husband David and her beloved children ,who were her pride and joy: Susan Elizabeth (Tim), William Robert (Quana), Debra Ann (Steve), Scott Alan (Marie), Bill, Laura Paige (Jesse) Grandchildren , Robert Alan, Katrina Ann, Wayne Robert, William Ryan, Christopher Stephen, Cameron Ray, Samantha Nicole, Natalie Kay, Adam Scott, Jared Alan, Joseph Michael, Samuel Paul, Harrison Edward, Ryan Elizabeth, Christopher David, Andrew Edward, Kylie Morgan. Great-grandchildren Sierra Renee, Leila Alexis, Weston Ryan, Jonah Zachary, Conner Anthony, Holden Cassius Quincy, Parker Emerson Hardy and Miles Claxon. She is also survived by her sister, Jean. Kit served her country in the U. S. Navy and went on to work for the Corp of Engineers, retiring as head of water management computer operations in Dallas, Texas . Above all else, Kit loved and adored each of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren – she never missed sending a birthday card to each of them every year. Kit was a generous and thoughtful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Everyone who entered her home was loved and well fed, she was definitely the Queen of her castle. He was married for 51 happy years to Patricia Wellborn and was of the Presbyterian faith. He was a heavy equipment operator by trade and also served his country in the United States Navy. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Buddy will be greatly missed by those who loved and knew him.
