Obituary: Barbara A. Bovie, 77, passed away , 15, 2014 at Kingston in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, Barbara graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School. She worked as a Video Clerk with Scotts Grocery for 13 years as well as Waterfield Mortgage and Ft Wayne Builders Association. Barbara was an avid IU Basketball fan as well as the Chicago Cubs. She was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church. Surviving are her sons; James Bovie of Fort Wayne, and Jerry (Anne) Bovie of Leo, and daughters; Linda (Jeff) Gilmore, Lisa (Allen) Guthrie and Lori (Robert) Hartman all of Fort Wayne and 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, sister; Beverly (James) Adkins of FL, and her beloved dog Sammi. She was very active and independent and a blessing to all who knew her. Barb will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Barbara was preceded in death by husband, Richard Bovie, Parents: Cletus and LaVerne Neat. Service is at 10:00 am at St Peters Lutheran Church with calling 1 hour prior. Obituary: Hilda Mae Bovard, 93, of Lawrenceburg, IN, passed away at 7:06 PM, , 4th, 2015 at the home of her granddaughter in Middletown, OH. Hilda was born in Ohio , IN on 11, 1921, a daughter of the late Goldie (Bradley) and Ora Ross Colen. She attended school at Murrays Branch and was a member of the Rising Sun Wesleyan Church. On 28, 1939 she married Ralph E. Bovard who passed away on 21, 1999. Hilda and Ralph enjoyed nearly 60 years together. Hilda liked doing ceramics and gardening. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt and will be deeply missed. Hilda is survived by a son, Bill Bovard and wife Ruth Ann, of Ft. Meyers Beach, FL; a granddaughter, Lesa Zimmerman and husband Ted of Middletown, OH; by great grandsons and Monroe Conner; by a sister, Shirley Koons of Aurora, IN; by four brothers, James Colen, of Canaan, IN; Hubert Colen, of Fairview, IN; Gerald Swede Colen, of Rising Sun, IN and Jerry Colen, of Hartford, IN. Hilda was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband, Ralph, by a son, Danny Lee Bovard, by brothers, Ora Oop Colen, Jr., Paul Ned Colen, and Michael Colen and by sisters, Ruth Stem and Barbara Colen. services will be at 11 AM, , 14 at the Markland in Rising Sun, IN.
