George Antanuos, 65, passed away on , 27, 2017. He was born on 10, 1952 in Tanta, Egypt. He went to St. George Church in Tanta. He was educated at Alexandria University, Egypt with a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts. He came to the U.S. in 1980 and resided in Hampton Roads since 1984. George was one of the establishers of St. George Coptic Orthodox Church in Hampton where he became a member of the first board of the church. He is known for helping many people and families to start their lives in the U.S. George was the reason his big family all reunited here in the states. George was a successful businessman, having started his own real estate investing company. He is survived by his loving wife, Mona Antanuos; children, Daniel, Lindsey, Ashlee; son-in-law, George Mansour; and siblings, Abdel-Sayed, Milad, Samir, Zozo, and Fefe Antanuos.
