Obituary: Frances Lovella Anderson, 90, passed away peacefully on , 1, 2016, in San Angelo. Frances was born 3, 1926 in Pontotoc, Texas to Wallace Durst, Sr. and Iva Edna Clark Durst. She married Billy Anderson on 27, 1948 in Lometa, Texas. Frances was a nurse with Community Medical for over 33 years and loved gardening and camping in her spare time. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, Eunice Omadene Eckert and Mary Florence Parker, and a brother Wallace Durst, Jr. She is survived by her sister in law, Barbara Anderson of Brady; nieces and nephews, Kraig Anderson and his wife Rebekah of San Angelo, Nancy Zimmerman and her husband Toby of Temple, Joy Zuehlke and her husband Roy of Moody, Jimmy Eckert and his wife Debbie of Waco, Don Durst of Mabank, Dale Anderson, Jr. and his wife Teresa of Brady, and Lisa Kidd and her husband Jim of Brady; numerous great nieces and nephews. Open visitation will be noon to 9:00 pm , 4, 2016, at Johnsons . Graveside Services will be held 2:00 PM , 5, 2016, at Fairmount with Pastor Harold Watkins officiating. Obituary: Frances Juanita Walker Ward Anderson entered into eternal glory on 5, 2015 in Liberty City, Texas surrounded by those who loved her. Frances was born 14, 1921 in Maud, Texas to John Everett and Cathalee Parks Walker. The youngest of five children, she spent her childhood in Bowie . As a young woman, she ventured off to California where she met Orville James Ward. had a daughter, Pamela Kay, and the young family followed his Air Force career moving to a variety of towns. In her daughters teenage years, she met and married William Herbert Anderson Sr. had one son, William Herbert Anderson, Jr. affectionately called Herbie. He was born with Down Syndrome at a time when there was not much support or understanding. This would become the defining aspect of her life. A fierce advocate for her son, she championed for him, she loved him with true devotion and loyalty. Her sacrificial love for him was what kept her going for 93 years. Another favorite thing for her was to be Grandma and GiGi. She naver failed to tell her granddaughters, Rebecca Kay and Torey Lou, how beautiful they were. She was so proud of her great- grandsons, Sean Luke and Aaron Chase. She had a third great-grandson, Jeremiah Scott, at a time her recognition was dimmed, but she always knew him as he cutest little boy Ive ever seen. He doted on her all the same. She was able to see her eldest great-grandson married this year. She was her own woman who liked to laugh, sing, and dance. She preferred to work outside than spend a minute indoors. She leaves a legacy of independence, spunk, courage, and love. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Louis Chreene; son, William Herbert Anderson, Jr., all of Liberty City, formerly of Longview; granddaughters and their husbands, Rebecca and Scott Eaton of Liberty City, Torey and Scottie Philpott of Kilgore; great-grandson and his wife, Sean and Kayla Eddington of Texarkana, AR; great-grandson and his finace, Chase Eddington and Megan Baird of Lexington, KY; great-grandson, Jeremiah Philpott of Kilgore; step-daughter, Betty Booth and family of San Antonio. A blessed and long life means many loved ones preceded her in death. A special thanks to Ida Morris for the many years of friendship and to Carla Townsend and Cindy Lazear for support and care. Gratitude is also extended to hospice nurse, Cassie Franklin. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., , 10, 2015 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens with Sean Eddington presiding. The family will receive friends on , 9, 2015 from 6 to 8:00 p.m. at Lakeview .
