Obituary: Kassandra Dea Atherton, was born on May 23, 1986 in Enid, Oklahoma left this world to be with our Lord and Savior on May 18th, 2016. She leaves behind her husband Tyler Jay Atherton, a son, Wyatt Blake Wilson-Caldwell and a daughter, Morgan Grace Atherton and her beloved fur monster Gunny. She is also survived by her mother, Kerri Denise Morgan of Meeker, Sister, Tenae Dawn Davis, married to Todd Wayne Davis and son Thomas Wayne Davis of Jones, Oklahoma and Sister, Jamie Catherina Gentry, married to Mark L. Gentry with 2 sons and 1 daughter, Noah Alexander Gentry and Jacob Asher Gentry of Holdenville, Oklahoma and Laney Harrison of Mattoon, Illinois. Also her surviving Maternal Grandmother, Sela Castleberry of Meeker Oklahoma. Preceded in death by Maternal Grandfather, Kenneth E. Morgan, Step-Grandmother Marguerite Morgan, and Step-Grandfather Harold Castleberry all of Enid, Oklahoma. Mother-in-law and father-in-law, Greg & Lea Atherton of Lexington, Oklahoma, Brother-in-law Aaron Atherton married to Ashley Atherton of Noble, Oklahoma with 7 children, daughter Cayla, daughter Carli, son Collin, son Cruiz, daughter Claire, son Carson, daughter Calli and Sister-in-law Melissa Ray married to Justin Ray of Wanette, Oklahoma with son, Braxton and daughter, Brynlea. Maternal Grandparents are James & Ellen Parker of Noble, Oklahoma, Paternal Grandmother Christine Atherton from Wheeler, Texas. Preceded in death by PaPaw Bill Atherton of Wheeler, Texas. We all called her Sassy Kassi from the day she was born. She lived in Drummond, Oklahoma as an infant, turning 2 (two) just after moving to Enid. By the time she was 4 we had moved to Del City where she went to school at Epperly Heights Elementary until of her 2nd grade year when we moved to Jones where she graduated High School in 2005. While in High School she participated in FFA and held the office of secretary, also participated in the flag presentation at football games, was a member of the choir and sang the National Anthem at FFA events as well as at her Graduation. She was also a member of the band playing the clarinet. On 26th, 2003, she become a mother for the first time to Wyatt. He was her pride and joy, her little man and she loved being his mommy. She worked hard and graduated with a 3.875 GPA while being a young mother. In 2008 she and Tyler married on 26th with the ceremony of her dreams, including her walk down the grand staircase. On 25th, 2009 Morgan completed their little family, she took over Kassis role of drama queen and is known to all as our little princess. Wyatt became the best big brother a girl could ask for. Kassi loved her family and friends with a passion. One of those passions was watching Wyatt play baseball and keeping score. She had a huge love for music, singing karaoke and line dancing. She loved making crafts of all kinds, from scrapbooking and bows, to wood working and painting. Jones Elementary and Middle Schools windows were adorned by her paintings, as well as Nannies Daycare where she was a beloved teacher. She would spend hours looking on Pinterest for new hair styles for Morgan or new craft items to try. She loved nature and all kinds of animals, especially horses and dogs. She was active in Toys for Tots, ran the 5K color run marathon and was active in an online exercise group, supporting and helping other women to lose weight. Anyone who knew her knows she loved taking selfies but you will likely find both Wyatt and Morgan in the majority of them. Summers with friends and family were spent at the Zoo, Frontier City, the Movies and hours spent at the splash pad or fishing. She was a great listener and helped many through tough times which I am sure we will see in the online postings. She could make a whole room light up with her smile and her laugh. I know, right was one of her favorite sayings. She didn know a stranger and was always eager to help anyone who needed it. She was always a Mommys Girl" and even after having children of her own would sit on her moms lap to be rocked and sang to when she needed comfort. She loved having her hair brushed and would often ask for someone else to do it for her. She had a very sensitive heart and a beautiful soul which she passed on to her children. Kassi was a very supportive wife, always there for Tyler when he decided to join the Marine reserves, helping him along the way to reach the rank of Corporal in the Fox Battery 2nd Battalion, 14th Marines, the Masonic Lodge of Jones, Oklahoma #537. She often participated in any event where volunteers were needed. Even cooking and taking Thanksgiving dinner to him and his co-workers. There was not a time where you couldn find Kassi without a smile on her face. Some of her favorite times are when she and the kids would have their morning wrestling matches on the bed. And it never failed that Kassi and the children always would gang up on Daddy. Kassi loved laying around the house and watching movies and shows with the family. Every time Tyler came home from work it was always, Hello hunny how was your day? Is there anything I can get you? while she was cooking dinner. She did everything around the house from cooking, cleaning, taking care of the kids, and her crafts. It was amazing all the stuff that she was able to get done in one day all the while not even showing that she was tired. She was the best Mother that any child could ask for and the best Wife a husband could ask for. The world may be a little darker now but, her presence can always be found in her beautiful children as continued... |

Obituary: Ronnie was born in Sapulpa, the son of Ernest and Lela (Wilson) Atchley. He worked in the banking industry all of his life. He was an avid golfer and an excellent bowler. He also enjoyed pitching at baseball games in his younger years. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Reece Atchley; and his sister, Jackie. Ronnie is survived by his sister-in-law Dolores Orr and numerous nieces and nephews. The family expresses its thanks to his caregivers, his niece Nannette Taylor, Carol Reynolds and Excell Hospice for their compassion.
